This place was great when it first opened, I’m not sure what has caused it to decline all around. I ordered via Uber Eats today because I HAD to work through my lunch. When my order arrived it had a bit of a funky smell - I thought maybe it was the mandarins that usually add a zing to a salad. I was wrong!! The tofu, which is one of the main reasons I love this menu, looked spongy and was NOT cold, it smelled like it was starting to turn. The cucumbers had a slimy film and also tasted like they’d been mishandled (as in improper temperature control) or were well into the spoiling phase. The greens at the bottom were soggy; I was not able to finish 85% of it. Almost $15 in the trash.I really hope they work to fix these issues as the west side has limited health options because most businesses seem to prefer the Far East side.

I loved this place, but for a salad at this price I expect it to be loaded and not half empty. My salad was also missing ingredients. Other locations load it and are worth the price.

This place keeps giving horrible service. Every time I come there is new employees making the salads wrong and taking YEARS to complete 2 salads. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP IT UP. What happened to the old fast employees. As a customer I notice things like this and I question what is happening behind the scenes that’s making these people quit. Salad was mediocre wasn’t fresh the iceberg was brown and watery, the cilantro was black and the buffalo chicken was more chicken than buffalo. I went to the verde on mesa thinking it would be better but nope literally the same experience like the one in lee Trevino and Montana. If you want “Fresh” make it at home because here it’s a waste of money.

The establishment has a great vibe. The salads are deliciously made with fresh ingredients and good quality promoting a healthy diet. I truly believe they have the best salads in El Paso.

Food is great, service is horrible. This used to be one of my weekly spots to eat at least twice a week. Not worth the hassle anymore. There was no line and it took them 30 min to make 2 salads.

Very disappointed in this place. It was my first time coming in didn’t get served until 10 min later while no one was at the restaurant. When ordering my salad the worker cleaned the station with a dirty cloth and proceeded to cut my salad. On top of that on the workers was wearing pajama shorts at work which was very tasteless. If you are going to be promoting a clean eating, please look clean as well.

Love this place! They have a great selection, always fresh ingredients and friendly customer service. I strongly recommend for anyone that wants a tasty salad.

The food was very good but I probably will not visit this place again, due to the excessive use of single-use plastic. Even when dining in, everything is served in large plastic containers that are then just thrown away (I took mine home to recycle). Eating healthy includes healthy practices for the planet, not just your own body.

I really, really liked this place when it first opened. Recently they made some changes, which is fine, however, now the silver bowls they measure the lettuce in before chopping are not sufficient enough to fill up the togo bowl. It's much less than it used to be. When I asked for a bit more lettuce, (which, by the way, was browned and a bit wilted), the girl behind the counter gave me an attitude, even after I offered to pay for it. There was still A LOT of room left in the bowl when it was closed up. I might as well have gotten the regular size! On another note, the staff looks and acts extremely unhappy, to the point of rudeness. Why they think it's okay to divulge their pay/gratuity issues to customers is beyond me. I'll be rethinking this place as my go-to for salads. Hopefully management can address the issues proactively. And no, I don't need to email you to further discuss, just resolve the issues on your end. Thanks.

The salad was actually really good but things changed when I ran out of ranch and had to pay $1.08 more for some extra ranch. For a salad place that is unacceptable. I've been to other salad businesses and they toss the salad for you and ask if they put enough dressing on for you. Not here. I got a large salad and a small cup of ranch. Then had to pay extra for some more ranch.
