Food was good. We had the Turkey Avocado Smash, Billionaire Bacon Burger, and Mozzarella Balls.We also ordered a side of wings with the meal. We didn’t get them until we paid. I asked to take them off my ticket but when the waitress went to cash us out they were ready, so we took them to go.Place was clean and the waitress was nice. Just not sure what happened with our order.
So I sat at the bar where I encountered a young lady (waitress) named Kim K. (not the Kardashian ?) anyway she was very pleasant, attentive, and informative. My favorite characteristic was her understanding... I ordered the brisket nachos and was unsatisfied with the taste of the food. The brisket was salty and over cooked. When Kim asked how I felt about the food I explained the issues. She went to the manager and explained my concern. Eventhought I would have paid for the food the manager (Enrique) removed the food from my bill! The customer service was top notch! I truly appreciated the experience! Even with the food initially being not to standard... the staff wanted to ensure my experience was top notch! As a person who will one day own his own restaurant these are the type of people I want working with me. Truly a great experience!!! ?????????? thank you once again Kim and Enrique
I had been seated and waited 9 minutes until I stopped Victoria to ask who was my server was, she replied this isn't my table but what would you like and I placed my order. She had taken care of me for the time I was there. She was a extremely great waitress. If you desire to go to this location make sure to ask to be seated in Victoria's section! I gave her a great tip, I would give her 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Terrible service! Went up to "host table " and ask for a to-go, they point me to the bar. Went over to bar ask them to place an order for to-go, then they point me back to front with host, stating they're the ones who I need to place an order. I went over to host and ask that bar sent "me to yall" and they can help me. Then they said I had to go back to them. At this point I was let me reach to a management, they stated there was none. Literally I had to ask any server if they can help, one actually said she was clocked out and couldn't help me. Either it's management, who aren't developing great servers or servers are just bad. To bad to see such bad customer service.
Desiree is an amazing server she made my experience here worth the while ,she understood the assignment. Definitely will be coming back here and asking her to be my server again
I’ve been going to this location for about a year now and it’s great! First of all the food is always on point. I have never had a bad meal/drink here. Second the staff is amazing. Every staff member is great at their job especially one named Savon. I consider my self and my group of friends regulars here and every time she is on the clock she always knows exactly what we want and is very attentive to my table. She is very personable and always makes us feel like we are at home. I could never ask for a better bartender. Twin Peaks is extremely lucky to have her!
Awesome experience! The girls are right knowledgeable and respectful and know how to have a great time. Managers are also awesome! They totally know their job and will go the extra mile for you!
