So I’ve been coming to this location for a few months now and the only bad thing I would say is the wait…. lines are always hella long and I have to wait almost an hour it’s kind of ridiculous even when you order online… other than that food and smoothies taste fine
this location is so bad i don’t know why i keep giving it chance after chance smh smoothies are tasteless at times. i ordered a thai chicken wrap all the lettuce in the wrap is old and discolored.the kale apple slaw looks super old too.PLEASE do better.
Drinks are good but idk if they are short staffed long wait at dribe thru and they forget our other items, they diffenitly need to have better customer relations
Food and smoothies are good, but the customer service going through the drive-thru is questionable. Asked what type of chips they had for the sides and the person taking the order replied with a “they’re on the right corner.” Couldn’t find them…hmmm
This location is disappointing! The guy on the drive through sounded annoyed and rude! All of the four drinks were watery and their was big chunks of ice; it tasted like fruit with ice and NOTHING like the usual smoothies we get!!! I couldn’t go back to return it because I was leaving for vacation. I’m never going back!!!! Don’t come here!!
It's always a hit or miss with this location. I like that they use fresh fruit but can y'all use fresh RIPE fruit?! Some of the smoothies we get sometimes have no flavor and no sweetness.

Icy and watery . Not smooth at all. Workers act like kids lol. And they’ll hand you a wet straw. McDonald’s smoothies are better ? And they’re slower than a snail ?
This location is slow and rude. Like they're mad they have to do their job. You never get your order in a reasonable amount of time and you'll be greeted by an employee that shouldn't be working customer service. Drive down the road to the next one. Let this location go out of business.The guy next to me ordered online and the employees knew nothing about his order because they didn't look. He had to wait 20 minutes to get a smoothie.I DoorDash this location frequently and they try to send you out the door without a complete order, after 20 minutes of standing there with employees avoiding you or giving poor excuses as to why they're not competent in their job. You're making smoothies, not repairing an aircraft. Just make sure you check the whole order completely before leaving because chances are, it's not correct.There's another location just down the road. Let this business drown, or at the very minimum, fire the employees that don't want to work.
Just not the same. I think they are understaffed for the amount of business they get. Always forgetting items like dressing for the salads. It is my go to for a good healthy basic shake.
