I have been here multiple times , used to love it but everyone seems really sad . The business isn’t the same , smoothies aren’t fully blended . I still taste the powder and a whole fruit at times . It isn’t a pleasant texture . I did try to talk to the lady with a black polo about my smoothies and she just had a lot of attitude and kept rolling her eyes . I was willing to pay for a newly made smoothie but felt too uncomfortable and left. I feel bad for the employees here they really do look really sad .
Personally, I prefer to order my food on the mobile app, even if that mean ordering right in front of the store. This becomes a problem when I order online and have to watch countless people receive their orders upon entering the store. If I click “ASAP” on the time, that should mean then and there. There were seven people that arrived in the store after I walked in and placed their order. All seven people received their food before I did. They are were even able to sit, converse, and eat before I received my order. To put the icing on the cake, my order was not even ready at the estimated time that was stated it would be, which was 25 minutes after I placed the order. No one in the store bothered to even ask what my order was. By the time I received my food, my smoothies where no longer smoothies, they had melted. What an outstanding experience.
smoothie are good not gonna lie but just a quick observation I've been going to this one for a while and lately either they have employees with low communication skills or they really don't like to speak at all..its been about the 3rd time that I've been at it and I always get someone who seems I have to reach over the counter to try and catch what they are saying idk it can also be the music that might be a bit too loud...dont wanna be too negative but they can catch a lesson or 2 about engaging with the customers right ...and paper menus can also help
My go-to place, the food is always on point. Service overall is great ??
This was my first time coming here if u like food definitely stop by its healthy. Employees are helpful food is great definitely stopping by more often
I had a sunset smoothie without the strawberries, only sad if you leave something out they don’t reduce the price. For the rest it was a big tasteful smoothie, pineapple, mango, orange juice.To respond on your response, the staff didn’t stay anything about it.

I loved this place, I didn’t have it too many times and when I did it was good but 2 days ago I ate some again and the food was good until I found at least three hairs in my sandwich. I got food poisoning and didn’t stop throwing up until a whole day. I’m so sad because I liked going there but I might not anymore
Honestly, the best smoothie I’ve had in a while ! The prefect mix of chia , oat milk && peanut butter ? && its Veteran owned
