Not sure about smoothies, but flatbreads are bad. Ordered the Chipotle Chicken Club asked for no lettuce, they put lettuce. The bacon was soooo thin, just one slice. Flatbread was sloppy and not folded down the middle as it should be since one is supposed to use the pressing machine. Even the flatbread itself was bad. Was ooking forward to bread as I eat mostly keto/carnivore, so disappointed especially when $7.60 for juts the flatbread sandwich. The place itself was clean and the person who took my order was nice. Flatbreads, go somewhere else! No Chipotle flavor either.

My first impression walking in is that there clearly is no one running the store or anyone with any management skills. This place is advertised as “fresh” but employees are furthest thing from it.It appears as a new employee took my order as she didn’t have a passcode but there seemed to be a lack of training as she seemed completely disinterested in taking my order, while I’m assuming a lead shift (skilyn) stood by her and did nothing to correct. As for the other employees near by need to be taught there is a time and place for flirting, cursing and speaking about inappropriate personal lives.
The staff here at tropical smoothie is rude and has no manners. I had order an online order and the food was wrong. When I arrived to the store no team member was visible to help. You can hear them laughing and talking in the back. Once they noticed me they asked if I’ve been helped. While rolling their eyes. I will not be back at the Zaragoza tropical smoothie!! ??
The amount of people in here is incredible, people from the gym next door quite packed, but overall service was okay. Wish there was more staff to help kill the line.
Came in at 9:57 to try to get a smoothie. I understand it was 3 minutes before closing but shutting down the system should be done after closing time in order to get the most customer even the last minute ones. Manager deshawn was rude, wearing mask incorrectly, and dismissing us before 10 pm. POOR SERVICE
I love it , I saw many ppl had said something about the girls attitude, but if you pay attention that’s just how she is , I think they do there job great , I go 3-5 times a week for detox smoothie and I have no complaints, Thanks girls
Poor customer service. The staff needs better attitudes. I love the smoothies but I don’t like walking into this location because the cashiers are sometimes rude. But it’s the nearest location to my home . Please educate your staff that customer service is very important.
Ordered ahead on the app. Waited a half hour. Nobody brought it out so I called from the car, they said 5 mins and it would be brought out. 10 more minutes anybody cane. Went inside food was sitting there. Bad service!
