This place is getting worse every time I go in. The employees have no sense of urgency, they are just chit chatting with each other. They skipped my order because the girl wasn't paying attention. The place was not busy at the time I visited and when I requested to speak to a manager, the girl was just condescending and did nothing about it. Right next to me was another "supervisor" on her computer which didn't even acknowledge the situation or anything. I was there 6/1/22 around 8am. They really need training or new staff and management

when i order from the app they always put all items on my order thats one of the things i like sence i had to order from this local because the one by zaragoza would always forget To put my order right and forget items.4☆ for that and by the way love the food is my favorite place. ♡

Total lack of management. Customers wander around aimlessly waiting for food they ordered ahead of time, employees are running around trying to figure out who the food belongs to. The manager would rather play around with employees than properly manage anything that's going on. The employees are fine, it's really a manager issue. Would rather not order from here again. The other stores are better managed so the overall experience is better.

My smoothie was good, and made quick. Order thai chicken and side of jalapeno corn. Waited at counter for 30 minutes drinking my smoothie while i waited patiently for my food. There were 2 employees making my wrap. Watched them push my food to the side and leave it there. They have no utensils so i can enjoy my side of corn. Asked the manager for utensil, sorry we dont have any. Thats it. What kind of service is that.

All I have to say is just constuctive criticism. I don't have anything against anybody that works here, I know they are busy and tryingg to handle a volume of custmors. I understand because I work and have worked in busy businesses and fortune 500 corporate stores. But the thing is, everytime I show up at this restauraunt, I see customers coming in and they dont even know where the line starts. I've seen people get mad at each other for cutting in line when it wasn't really their fault because they just do not know where the line began. Also, Some people are just waiting and it looks like a line. I think there could be a better way to do this. Like the theaters you can set up those ribbon rails and put a sign that says line starts here. I know the place is small, but some methods can still be used to organize a place during the busy times. It can help employees keep track of orders and not accidentally skip over people like in my case. Anyways these reviews are deletable and editable. Like i said, I mean well in this review. I'm willing to remove it later.

Food is good but customer service is horrible. Every single time I come I ask for no bacon because I’m allergic & every single time they put bacon on my order. Last time I went I waited for my food for about 30 mins, i saw the girl making my order put bacon on it AGAIN & I mentioned to the staff, she just proceed to throw it away & left me waiting for another 15 minutes. They need to hire better employees, their service is trash.

smoothie was great but i ordered a salad and they didn’t put dressing on it.

My first time there, my Tripo Colada was amazing

Food and smoothies were fast and delicious. Lean Machine smoothie, Peanut Butter Cup smoothie, Avocado Grilled Cheese sandwiches, kale & apple slaw. So so good. Was not expecting the avocado to be so good on grilled cheese, but somehow it works really really well

Too much ice. My drink taste more like an icy than smoothie. I had the Chocolate and peanut butter.
