Waiter was cool but my friend and I ordered the same alcoholic drink but they could only make one, so then we both ordered a different drink (both ordered same drink), and when we got our drinks they were not the same. They were made completely different and even looked different. Our beer wasn’t very cold at all. Food was decent but when we were done I asked for a To-go box and never got one… I don’t think I would go back.

The service is always great. Inside is clean and sitting is spacious. Plenty of outside parking. My favorite item is their fried mushrooms. The burgers are average. They rely on their toppings to bring flavor to the burger which to me is ridiculous. Why not salt the meat before putting it on the grill UGH frustrating cause their burgers could be so much tastier. I would give it a higher rating but taste is seriously lacking.
I went to the cimmeron street location. Brian was extremely rude from the start. One in my party ordered a long island iced tea it was Terrible the cheese chorizo app was nasty and we left never again
I don’t usually leave bad reviews for anyone even if my experience was bad , but this one is well deserved. The food is so over priced and it is so disgusting. Everything was cold , the burger patties have no taste , other things were too salty and overall bad quality. The manager is rude too. Don’t come here unless you wanna throw your money away. The only positive thing was that our waiter was very nice and attentive.
The service was awful to say the least... I can't believe that with that kind of service they still have the audacity to up charge every little item. We ordered a water and ranch, up charge for the ranch fine but then it 35 minutes to get the ranch and water. I even wanted to charge him extra for taking so long to bring out that water. Door handles were filthy. Let's not talk about the mens restroom disgusting. The restaurant wasn't even packed. The order took forever to get. The order was missing the fries that we were up charged. They even took longer to get the lime fries and sweet potatoe fries till after our party had already finished eating they got the fries. The burger was okay. Asked for refills after waiting so long and of course up charge because 2 were lemonade. Ask for the ticket almost thought there was an up charge just for asking for it. Look the price of the burger at $10.29 pays more than the up charge. Toro burger never again.

Very good burgers, they were well seasoned. I ordered the guacamole bacon burger, and it was tasty, heavy on the guacamole, but a little light on the bacon.Service was fast and friendly, one surprising thing was that the fries were a la carte, and not included with the burgers. They were good, but needed a little more time on the fryer to make them crispierVery nice place, will hopefully be back soon
Horrible experience! There was a miscommunication with a kids meal cause we assumed the sauce would come on the side, the server didn’t specify but honestly that wasn’t even the problem! But the moment we told our server he seems scared, went to speak to the shift lead and when she came to talk to us she seemed scared too! I didn’t understand what the big deal was over some kids chicken nuggets! It’s sad when you’re own servers and even managers are scared to tell the cooks about a recook! And worse when your customers can see it! You have an open kitchen yet you have a horrible kitchen staff! I’m in the food industry myself and had to go all Karen on the cook Jose cause he “refused” to remake my daughters chicken nuggets which she didn’t eat cause they were too spicy. That’s his job that’s what he gets paid to do. And his answer was “I’m not gonna remake something you already ate” Which I then proceeded to go take the nuggets back to his window! Which she didn’t just to clarify! I really hope the owner actually does something for the sake of your servers and your restaurant because from what I heard it isn’t the first time this happens! And it isn’t fair that your servers get yelled at or get bad tips because of Jose!
