Small setup but cozy. Friendly staff, fast and diligent. Most if not all tea is syrup based. Variety of snacks and coffee. Nice spot to wind down for lunch. Board games and giant Jenga tower. Veggie eggrolls are tasteful. Mango slushy a go-to.

The Boba Tea there is amazing. The last time I went there I got myself a Boba Tea and it tasted amazing. Here is my recommendation for the one I like the most, first get a base of green tea, second get two flavors of peach and mango, third get a topping of rainbow jelly with boba also, and fourth get the sweetness to 100% and it will taste amazing. The employees on Saturday April 16, 2022 at 7:25- 7:40 were very nice.

Very cute and unique. Fun atmosphere with games available to play. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Tried their spam and chicken onigiri, both tasted authentic and quite good. Nice balance of savory and salty. I had a tea and it had a good sweetness with the combination of fruit and boba. I got what they considered one of their more sweeter drinks and it wasn't a strong sweet but a subtle undertone of sweetness. Next time, I will try to get an even sweeter drink.

We discover this wonderful Bubble Tea place on Yelp we decided to give it a try, I’m glad we did. Thao the owner is amazing. She treated us like royalty very attentive tour her costumers. The Quality of the tea is always fresh, the atmosphere is peaceful, beautiful decor, wifi available is a plus. You can drink your Tea while do your work in your computer. Is close to many stores. Thao is from Japan, her husband too, they are a military family. Also offer military discount. It doesn’t get any better than this. This bubble tea is the real deal. Come try it. My bubble tea is ice coffee, very delicious. Many many options to choose from.

Such a fun cute place to take friends and enjoy some quality time playing board games or just taking a book to read alone.

The tea is the right amount of sweetness and the boba is the best we've had around the area. The inside is charming and has a cute hang out vibe. The food is limited, but pretty good for a quick snack. The only complaint we had was the parking, there isn't much space. Overall, we loved the tea and the chicken rice wraps and spam musubi were good. The drink pictured is the Okinawa latte which is decaf.

Cute restaurant and delicious food! I like the simple menu and they have the best boba tea flavors.

After seeing a section of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver on Taiwan, he mention a good drink called boba tea (bubblegum tea). It looked something similar to what I had once been given long ago and had been trying to find the drink. I chose this place to try it and another one called Tiger tea. They were without doubt both awesome, the boba in honeydew had a good sweet balance to enjoy. And the tiger tea, which had to be a chocolate mixture, was delicious. Will definitely look to try other flavors on their menu.
