Second straight time I called to make a to go order and they don’t have it/they have something completely different. This place is good on the rare occasion you can actually get what you order.Edit: they apparently did have my order under a different name/person, they followed up after I had placed an order somewhere else. To their credit they did follow up
Everything is good love this place. But today 20July 2022 we were disappointed by the "new" spicy noodle soup. The noodles are all giant now and there is no more salmon in it.
Love to get poke bowls here! They were very generous with their protien! It also wasn't a ridiculous price!
Told the owner last minute if he had any sushi without fish or shrimp cause I had a pregnancy craving and he fulfilled it amazing
Youu have really let me down today. First off, when the waitress took our order she did not write anything down. Surprise! Our order was wrong. we ordered Shrimp Tempura and she put in vegetable tempura, then we ordered The Sushi Place Gohan, this was the biggest disappointment. We got something that was just thrown together, when I inquired about it she said that it was what we ordered. I asked to look at the menu thinking I asked for something else. She then came over and yanked the bowl off the table and said she would take it back and they would make it like the picture, the rudeness is what caught me off guard as I wasn't rude to her. This situation could have been handled completely different. To say the least my lunch was ruined.
Where to begin?The food is acceptable. The staff is courteous and friendly. The ambiance is warm and inviting.But their restrooms were disgusting, dysfunctional, and not fully stocked.We are talking mold on the faucet, a missing locking mechanism on one of the stall doors, and no toilet paper.

This was the worst dinner, we have EVER had here. The crab had bones in it and I mean it was uneditable! Brought it to the waitress attention, she went back to the chef and she told us he said that, that is the way with crab! Really?!?!?! This was a $30 plate! Clean your crab before you put it in your dish!! NEVER has this happened at any other places we have been. She informed us that she didn’t charge us for the mojito we had. It should have been no charge for the dish we ordered! It was not her fault, she was very sweet. We only left a 10 % tip because of this. That’s not like us, as we usually leave 20%. It will be a long time before we return, which is sad for us, as we we do enjoy our visits to The Sushi Place, but not this time!!!
Not impressed. The music is too loud to speak with your guests. I got the chirachi and it came with only 3 types of fishes, not even the egg omelet or a shrimp. Price are high for that variety.
