Stoped to buy a pizza to go and they charged me 3.50 for the Togo box, on my receipt it showed as delivery fee. Initially I didn’t know what the charge was since I ordered at the front register so I was not getting anything delivered. When I asked the cashier what the delivery fee was, a manager jumped in to explain it was for the to go box. The girl who took my order was extremely rude as she began to tell me that I did tell her my order was to go. I never told her it wasn’t or tried to argue I was just curious as to what the charge was. The manager apologized for her behavior took my order after that. I had asked for extra sauce and it wasn’t given. I asked for lightly cooked and she never relayed the messege to the oven worker. I had to remind the manager since it didn’t say on my receipt. At the end I asked to pay for a to go box since I did end up eating in the lobby, manager explained that they didn’t charge for pizza box if you eat it at the store????? Why and what was the whole reason to charge me in the beginning and not at the end is beyond me. Hopefully the owner knows this is going on. Hopefully he isn’t behind this. Hopefully.
I came to this location today at 8pm and I ordered 2 slices of pizza. I had happened to notice as I was paying that there were multiple pizza's in the front display, I was hoping they wouldn't give to me. Sure enough I saw them heat them and put them into a box to give to me. Once I opened it I noticed they were stale and very old. I then asked the girl as the cashier if I could please get 2 fresh slices of pizza. She told me I couldn't get them fresh because I'll hold up the line they have making pizza's. I then asked her for a refund and left due to her arrogance.
If I could give zero stars I would. A group of 5 of us came at 8:00pm to order a slice each and the young man at the front was really rude when he suggested we should order a “whole” pie. There’s was a couple of us who were uncertain about how much we could eat and the one slice seemed feceible since we were unsure of how much we could eat. He began to charge us individually and proper customer service allows for us to tip and he began to skip our option to tip. He cost himself $30 worth of tips by being frustrated with our group and was very unprofessional. Be aware when coming to this place that it’s full of young employees who don’t know the value of proper customer service. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.
Got the meatie pie pizza, it was reallyGood overall! Could’ve been in the oven for a minute more but the crust and toppings were A1. Employees were nice and recommended to get the Pete’s gold wings. THAT SAUCE is something else! If they would put that Pete’s gold sauce on a “Buffalo chicken pizza” it would be a HIT! Also make sure to get the brownies to go! They’re perfect! Soft / crispy but not too sweet!
I was pretty disappointed with this visit. This kid was the only one not wearing a mask and raising his voice about everything. Shouting into everyone’s food. All other 5 employees had a mask on except him. Just going around being rude shouting peoples names with a rude tone. There was no music playing so it sounded even worse and awkward to be there. He was obviously disgruntled about something. I felt like I walked into a hostile environment. At least put your mask on if you’re going to be shouting on top of everyone’s food kid.
Terrible place. Downtown location and Westwind are the best! Never go to UTEP location. Burnt pizza, wrong orders, and the employees get mad at you for telling them they got it wrong. Avoid at all costs!
Tried to place an order for delivery as the site says they deliver. When I asked the guy who answered the phone if they deliver he said no they only deliver on the westside. I told him I live on the westside so do they deliver. He again repeated they only deliver to the westside... this went on for 3 cycles before I hung up on him.I get the store is stoner themed but get some employees that can at least work while stoned themselves.
Not the fastest place but worth the wait. Good dough and tasty sauce
After paying with a $50 bill for an order of $19.60 .I noticed the change was wrong. ( $26.40) My girlfriend And coworkers ask what was wrong . I sat at the table and Counted the change not even 1 minute later I got off the table and asked the cashier to count the money. He backed off the register and yelled “ I’m a cashier ,Im never wrong “ . Repeating himself I’m never wrong. I looked up at the camera and asked to pull the video and check . The “ manager “ began to count the money the the register. Then she comes to the table and says that he had given us the right change. So then I asked her to pull the Recording of the transaction. She proceeded to state that she’d have to call the owner because the owner was the only one who had access to the cameras. We said that was fine she asked if she can have her information and that she would give it to the owner and if you want to get in contact with us. I went ahead and gave the information to the ““ manager and I’m still waiting for my the owner to return my call. It’s not the fact that it’s four dollars because I was going to be his tip that’s why I remembered why I broke the 50 the point is you never Yell at customer and much less saying that they are wrong or that you’re never wrong.
Honestly in my opinion, best tasting pizza in EP. Huge pizzas, great art environment in the shop. Always has great music on when we go and the employees seem down to earth. Love it all!
