Lost a wallet there and was never returned. Because when asked to double check, and look at video feed, I was told no. I had stepped out for not even 20 minutes and wallet fell between chairs by the bar. Place was almost empty. Possibly one of your employees might of picked it up and never returned it. So the 1 star was for not helping out a customer look for a lost wallet that had sentimental value.
This is a great bar and grill. They're drinks are great and delicious. Now obviously it depends on your liking of food and drinks but they don't disappoint. Their burgers, rolled tacos and especially their wings are a must to try. I Love eating here on my days off and to also have a few drinks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND eating and drinking here.
Our family has loved going to the district. When we first moved to El Paso, this was right up the street and we'd frequently visit. We've since moved to the East side but whenever we are in the area we are sure to stop in.On our last visit, it was Easter Sunday and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Our server was attentive and ensured our meal was as we ordered.
Stopped by to get a bite to eat and OMG!! The rolled tacos were delicious!! The green sauce was my favorite but the red was very tasty too. The chicken wrap was also mighty good! Jessica was very nice, great attitude as were a couple sitting next to me. Looking forward to the west side opening cuz there were lots of items on the menu I want to devour!
Food was horrible . I ordered the green rolled taco , when i got them they were already soggy . And the nachos were one big piece melted together as one in a small plate. Could eat them at all .
My go too for nachos and rolled tacos. Great portions. Great staff
The service was a bit slow but it was only two bartenders and a full house so can't really be upset they were going as fast as they could.
So i have gone to this place a few times now and let me tell you this place never dissapoints it always has a great ambience and the staff are super friendly this place i would highly recommend if you are looking to have a good time with some good drinks and good food!
Female safety is not a priority. Completely shocked by our treatment last night. This regular was harassing us at our table when we asked him to walk away several times to which he got more rude, disrespectful and to the point of violent. I asked security to help, regular guy then acted like he owned the place and stated that he could do what he wished in this bar cause he knew the owner. Security tthrn ook him outside, this is when bartender BJ went outside to assist the guy who was harassing us. BJ then came to me screaming that we had no right to do what we did, which was simply ask a regular to walk away and stop harassing us. He then brought our tab to the table and all but asked us to leave. Every interaction with BJ after that was rude and disrespectful. We spent over 150 in the bar that night and at least that much or more every 2 weeks but will be more than happy to spend it somewhere else.
