He service and food was amazing as always. While the weight was a bit long, it’s a sign of how much in demand the food is. I would say that all the meals were cooked perfectly except for mine which was ordered rare and came medium rare. That’s an ongoing issue with any restaurants and what did it get delivered was still fantastic. The environment was clean and festive with many families celebrating birthdays. So be cautious if you’re hoping for a quiet evening.
The food and drinks were awesome I would definitely eat there again the waiters are very helpful very fast and polite I would definitely eat there again and again
I used to love this place but yesterday at around 8 or 9 pm we arrived it was a full house which is understandable that they take long. This isnt about the time even tho they took like 30 min to bring our food. I used to love the prime rib so I ordered a 16 oz medium rare.... 30 min later they bring me a obviously smaller stake and well done. Once I told the waitress she took it back, the manager then comes to my table and tells me "we ran out of the medium rare stakes" Imao the dude basically told me they "sandbag" their steaks I love prime rib so l decided to give it a try but I obviously asked for a discount because it's not what I ordered. The cooks obviously thought " let me send this over cooked meat and I bet they won't find out, but how could you not if the prime rib was more pale than Michael Jackson and it was dry af. Didn't even finish half and I asked for the check, this guy gave me a freaking 6 dollar discount on a 25 dollar plate Imao & that by the way was not what I wanted. I laughed almost felt the need to not tip the waitress and tell her to go get the six bucks from her boss, but she did an ok job and it wasn't her fault. Still payed 60 bucks for horrible food and service, probably won't be going back we all know that there's more steakhouses than schools in El Paso. Sorry but yesterday sucked I guess places can't be great for ever.
Amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse. We were impressed. Went to dine in on a Saturday night. Arrived at 5:45 pm and there was already a 2 hour wait time. Well worth the wait. Our food and steak were on point, and our waitress, Bella, provided us with outstanding customer service. What a pleasant experience. Dallas Fillet and Bone in ribeye were both amazing. We ordered them in medium temp and that's exactly how we got them. Oh, and the fresh breads that they serve with the cinnamon butter is to die for. If you're wondering what sides to get, give the chili bowl a try, so good.
This was my family's first time eating at this restaurant Especially after hearing so much about their bread and let me tell you, it literally melts in your mouth!!! ?The customer service, they all treated us like family( props to Alyssa C) food was awesome great prices. And the drinks... I recommend Kenny's cooler ?? all around great [email protected]! Worth the wait and I've decided where I want to go for my birthday. Keep up the good work to whole staff they all deserve a raise!!
Very busy restaurant, but the staff is great! Food is hot and well prepared. The Beef tips and the Beef Kabobs are excellent. Some of the best margaritas you can buy.
Really great meat. I had a prime rib and it was amazing. My wife had beef splits and they were awesome too. Good prices and very friendly staff.
We were seated immediately. Drinks were kept refilled, food came out fairly fast. It was hot and tasty. The steak was a little tough but not too bad. Cooked to order. Staff friendly and restaurant clean.
It was a really good evening. Loved the music, the atmosphere, the food was delicious, and our waitress was so nice and checked up on us often. The margaritas were amazing. The hostess at the front looked overwhelmed and annoyed but it was understandable for a busy day. Check in before hand on the site so you don't have to wait so long outside or in your car.
No wait time. Service was great!! Food was excellent!! We're stuffed!!
