They were out of prime rib, so I opted for the T-Bone. The bit I was working on in the photo was dry and tough to chew. The other side and most of the rest was very tender and a great steak. The Margarita was tasty and refreshing. The service was good, I would go back and suggest this location to others.

Great steaks and service highly recommend Texas roadhouse

excelente el sazon de la carne

I’m never disappointed when I eat here. I absolutely love the rolls and butter they bring out for you at the start. They also have a bag of peanuts for you to enjoy while you wait for your food. Their house salads are cold and fresh, the beer is ice cold and the margaritas are perfection. They also serve wine.I’ve tried a variety of their steaks and they have all been delicious. If you are not happy with it or they didn’t cook it to your liking they will take it back and get you another one. As far as appetizers go, I am a fan of their sampler, you pick 3 items from their appetizer section. It’s perfect if you can’t make up your mind which appetizer you would like to have. The atmosphere is fun, it usually has a lot of people, and they do have televisions around the bar area. The service has always been great, very friendly waiters and waitresses and you can also spot the manager walking around and introducing himself, making sure the customers are happy.I prefer this place over Saltgrass.

The waiting policy has gotten utterly revolting. I understand COVID has changed a lot, however when a majority of the party is available to be seated, why should you take up more lobby space when the table is ready and everyone can be seated? Just be ready to wait here, because the restaurant was not busy and they still refused to seat us. The food is delicious as always but their sense of knowing when to be in the gray or just simply acknowledging to be accommodating instead of creating a scene is absent, especially with their assistant manager, Raquel Paredes. What I found interesting is that they are blunt with waiting patrons but as soon as somebody is leaving, they are smiling and thanking everyone on their way out.ANYWAYS, I want to leave on a good note, the alcohol selection and adult drinks are pretty spot on and delicious! I highly recommend asking for a drink menu if you plan on staying! The chicken critters are as delicious as ever and partnered with steak or shrimp is the cherry on top! If you plan to go to Texas Road House, go to the one on the east side of town, you’ll probably get better service from the managers. Kristi, our waitress recovered better than her manager. She was so sweet and assisted us very well! Good job Kristi, thanks for turning our birthday dinner and experience around!

Skylar was amazing, she kept the gogo juice coming (coffee), was a waiting list status 30 minutes, never find prime rib past 5pm on Saturday. So plan early dinner for prime rib... Porter house is just as good with mushrooms, cheese, jalapeno peppers. Some employees need to follow the rules on mask in-house clean up crew.Attention required towel dispenser men's facilities,Usually visit the one on Base Fort Bliss TX, much more welcomed environment.

Great place!!!! 100 recommended!!!

Excelente lugar para una buena comida

1. Great for loners, sit at bar, have your meal, watch the games on their many screens2. Friends and family? The tables are perfect they can comfortably accommodate any size group.3. Steaks and Baby back ribs superb.4. Ambiance is alive and kicking

I use to love this place, but the appetizers seemed off, and my steak was half fat and extra greasy. I am a big boy and I could eat, but that steak was not going down. Every bite was super fatty and greasy ... I didn't even take it home for the dogs to enjoy... I would honestly drive 10 more seconds to go to saltgrass .. I give it 2 stars ? because our server was awesome.
