I want to start by saying never had a negative experience before today with this place! This has been my go to boba place for the year I’ve lived here. However today I placed a mobile order at about 1310 and when I arrived at 1330 my drink was still not ready-usually no biggie I can wait it out. But then 1345 hits and I’m beyond frustrated, I ended up not leaving the lot until 1348. To top it off I ordered a frappioca and my drink was just iced?? I’m usually sympathetic towards service workers but if it’s going to take that long please make it right? The associate was very friendly but that doesn’t change my frustration.
I had driven by this place for months without checking out what they had to offer, unfortunately. The mother of my kids mentioned taking the kids and agreed. This place was awesome. We all had different boba smoothies, they were all delicious! I definitely want to go back and try everything they have. The store itself is nice,clean and spacious. Very modern look and feel overall. If you haven't been here I recommend you check it out. Not sure if they are opening up more locations but I hope they do. Parking is a bit of a hassle,fyi. The shopping center has limited parking but park at the pizza hut next door, grab your drinks and go!
Delicious! Usually about a 10-15 minute wait but so worth it and super cute play room for the kids! Perfect for mom!The guys here had amazing customer service.
My family and I enjoy the variety of drinks. I particularly like the mango boba smoothie. I was disappointed today to see a strip club scene on the movie they were showing. It was poignant for me as a young boy playing in the children area looks up to see a nake woman on TV. This establishment is definitely not a family oriented place where the welfare of children is important.
Loved the coffee flavors.. they hv a big selection of drinks n smoothies n then choose ur fave boba to add.. place is clean n decorative.. would highly recommend
Every time I’ve gone, the service was always nice. The staff there are kind and friendly. I go there frequently & they never miss. Their boba is perfect!
Friend recommended this place a while back, regret not checking it out sooner. The Mocha drink was top tier (forgot the exact name of it, will update this review with the name next time I visit). Will likely try their raspberry or brown sugar drink next time.
Waited 50 minutes for ONE drink. The place was crowded with people waiting a ridiculous time. Once I finally mentioned that I was waiting 50 minutes they magically made my drink right away. Their excuse was that I had ordered a premium tea drink. 50 minutes for ONE drink doesn’t excuse anything. They also prioritize door dash orders before the customers actually waiting inside the store.
They have so many great options and my son loves their little play area! We enjoy this little spot for a nice cold drink!
The app sucks, that's why I'm giving 4. I haven't been able to get about 4 of my drinks to be added to my account because it isn't syncing, doesn't scan, whatever. But they drinks are Dairy free!! Plus I like the variety in the add ins! Not just tapioca bubbles!!
