Unimpressed.Pros and cons...Cons:I was just expecting to get a meal and feel satisfied but it's cocktail hour style portions no sides. Hey I'm a big boy who has to run a tab on food in these places. The other thing was it's not family oriented.Don't bring toddlers or picky children there's not much you can order for them.Pros:On the positive note.We found that the ambience was very nice and the drinks are worth returning to visit. Order the hibiscus tea. Next time I will try new drinks and the desserts. Maybe I'll have a better experience.
Although the tacos are beyond delicious, it's the vibe that really brings this place together. The mixed drinks are unique and flavorful, and overall each meal is always a pleasure.
Amazing vegan/vegetarian options! Went here solo on a Sunday to grab a bite. You order at the front, about a 10 min line, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. I got two tacos - marinated and breaded mixed mushroom and a cauliflower pesto pepita - both amazing. They have margaritas and sangrias, but I went w a new Mexican beer. Loved this place and will 100% be back.
One of my favorite places to stop and have authentic Mexican tacos. The ambience, music, and food is great. It’s like walking into a eclectic restaurant in Mexico City.I recommend the sopa azteca, elote, and fish/shrimp taco selection.
Sat down on their large patio in the sunshine, the server and bartender were very very nice, carne asada & chicken tacos, corn and green bean elote were to die for!! Be prepared to get it all over your face.
Taconeta is a hip, modern taco fusion kind of place with plenty of variety on the menu. It's understandably busy and you'll likely find a line, but it moves quickly and is worth the wait. Their salsas are excellent, as are the tacos, soups and salads, and the grilled sweet potatoes are a real treat.
The Suadero Tacos were very good, a little dry and had a couple burnt chunks in them. The Pollo Tacos were excellent. Menu is very limited. You order & pay outside at a window and then they bring your food to your table when it’s ready. They have a bar inside but the inside seating is about ten tables and maybe another eight on the covered porch. VERY limited parking in the lot. Portions are small but that is to be expected when ordering gourmet tacos.
The tacos are delicious!!!! Get the shrimp definitely my favorite. Anything from the menu is great. Can't wait to go back and try more food.
Good place for urban tacos, great city view. Nice decorations. Definitely recommend this place!
if you are in the mood to try out local taco, drinks, and desserts. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! You will not regret trying out authentic blue taco, cucumber drink, horchata, and dessert, It was so delicious. We had to go back and order another plate! This is a perfect spot for lunch where you can sit outdoor and enjoy the scenic view.
