Flautas were burned and you could taste the old oil. When I reached out, Manny the manager said no they are not burned. I made them myself. I offered to send a picture but he declined. I suggested he also change the oil . He said he would in 2 hrs .I hope you see the picture now Manny the manager . Absolutely waste of money .
I came here 3 days in a row because my contract site was right next door. All 3 days I ordered online and set a pick up time for my order. All 3 days my order wasn't ready or started on, when the staff would check with the kitchen it was obvious they weren't even aware my order was pending. I don't understand because all 3 nights it seemed they had multiple staff working and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. And all 3 days trash and food on the floor. What's the point on having an online order option if they're not even paying attention to it. This will be my last time here.
It didn't seem to be that busy when we got there, the drive-thru line was pretty long. So we walked inside placed our order and it seemed like we were waiting too long to get our food. I go inside, I asked for the status of my order and they kindly say we'll have it right out for you. Then we get our food, it was absolutely delicious, their customer service was excellent, it just took a little too long to get our food. We are definitely coming back, it's also conveniently located really close to our home.
I went for lunch. Didn't seem busy but the food took just alittle tiny longer than what it should have. My enchilada plate did come out cold. And I mean the cheese wasn't even melted in the inside. But thank you to the general Manger who was there. He had fixed the issue in a heart beat. Grabbed me a hot plate that took faster than when I waited for my cold plate. Customer service is pretty good here
Imperials hanging out on Sat.. Margaritas ? Nachos & steak ?! Service was decent..could've been a little more toppings on nachos..ESPECIALLY IF IT WAS FOR 2-3 PPL! I DEVOURED THE WHOLE THING!SHARED A LITTLE BYT NOT MUCH???All in all, definitely would ho back!
Thanks to covid their prices have increased and they've changed quite a bit of their menu items to include the enchiladas which they no longer put meat in. You can't get ground beef enchiladas you can only get cheese enchiladas which means I just don't go there for enchiladas anymore.My favorites are: loaded nachos, quesadillas, flautas, queso sauce chips (when they aren't stale). The churros are good if you eat them while hot.
I must say, this place was dirty and the customer service was not there. I ordered salsa for my platter and inform yhe attendance but the salsa never came. bad place and I would not recommend this place.
Ordered quesadilla thinking it would be fast since it was busy. Still took 15 mins and it’s obvious they forgot the chicken and just ripped it open, added chicken then more cheese and didn’t even attempt to heat it. Tortilla bone dry and chicken burnt. A waste of time and money.
Great place to go for a quick mexican meal. Don't forget the great margarita's. Manager is great too.
