Daniel was extremely rude to me on Drive - Thru and continued to be throughout the whole process. Was annoyed I wanted the dozen breakfast tacos box and that I wanted to substitute potato and egg with bacon and egg. Extremely unprofessional behavior and should not be allowed to interact with customers. When I asked him his name, he very passively aggressive said “it’s Daniel ma’am, you have a great day I don’t care”. I never make reviews but this one really is unacceptable. It’s also Mother’s Day. Will be calling corporate.
Don't bother coming to this location. we came tonight on 4/3 and the service and food were terrible. everything was cold, the staff seemed very rudy including the manager that rung us up. He made our margaritas and the mangoneada had way too much chamoy. our nachos literally only had 4 little pieces of steak, when it came to the chile and sauces they only put a little amount which made my husband ask for more. we were too tired to complain or ask for more steak so we just ate it. But we did here 2 other customers ask for something else cus it was the same issue or they forgot something in their orders. I understand the drive thru may have been busy but for dine in we arent in a hurry. the manager seemed a bit annoyed too. I never had this experience at the Joe Battle location, they always seem to be in a better mood and the food tastes better.
This place has really gone down. I gave it one last chance thinking it be better since I hadn't gone in a few months. Horrible food. I got the steak fajita plate. They gave me awful beans n dry tortillas n the meat looked old and burnt. The rice was ok, but they gave me like 3 tsp!! a tiny bit!! The guacamole was like a dab of it! Awful! Never going back.
Horrible experience here , first of all Manuel had attitude when we were ordering. He was rude and snappy, we ordered around 8:30 we purchased around $55 food , grandfather and husband got another purchase with alcohol and nachos, my husband nachos were a joke with a slab of cheese on top that’s it lots of tostadas and beans , not worth the price, our food was cold and they only limit the salsa to 2 , my side of nachos and fajitas were almost empty and the cheese was a tiny bit on a container I went and asked why it was like that , with his attitude he told me if I wanted to purchase more cheese I said no because it’s supposed to come with they are nachos for a reason , he went to kitchen brought a small cup with cheese all Running from the sides , the to top off they start locking all doors, which is agains the law , I should of called the fire Marshall they would of gotten fined, there was still alot of people eating inside and couldn’t get out , my kids were on the patio with grandpa eating and he locked them out , they had to go to the drive thru and banged on window, I went and told them to open the door because my kids were outside he said tell them to come to the drive thru side he told me they were closed , I told him you locked my kids out you idiot, he just said we’re closed and people didn’t know where to exit from , so he open the side door to the street of drive thru so people were coming ou thru there walking all around parking lot on to street to go around to their cars , even the elderly were forced to walk around , they looked like they didn’t care they just wanted us all to leave , never again coming here I will let the fire Marshall’s know they they lock doors and chain them at 9:45 with people still in . Horrible experience never wasting my money here again
This taco cabana on lee trevino is the best ..we use to live in neighborhood and ate here alot the crew is great and the management is outstanding..we moved to northeast and we still make it a habit to drop into the lee trevino location...the food is very good...
Got the breakfast taco box, would have been better just ordering a dozen tortillas because that’s what I got anyways
What a disappointment, getting a margarita in a airplane bottle. The food has no taste, TC use to be a great place to eat.
Always one of my favorite stops for lunch! The salsas are really good here. Your staff is friendly! More authentic than taco bell fir sure. Have frequented this location forever. It's a great pic fir a quick lunch break ?
Chicken crispy tacos are the best. And the flour tortillas with queso? OMG.
The food was great!!! The service was excellent, not only that. The presentation of the staff, everyone with their name tag, same uniform, managers looked so professional!!!! Great job taco cabana in El Paso nothing compared to San Antonio. Thank u to the staff for answering all my questions and Great experience abs service.
