Our experience on this night was goodUsually the employees aren't very friendly and the counter help needs to be knowledgeable of their menuI think they need to be retrained in customer service also. Maybe smile a little, be grateful they have a job and I'd you do not know an answer to a question ask the lead
I went to dine in yesterday and the food was awful. As I getting a refund for my meal I heard them say they ran out of steak. The steak that was in my tacos was the scraps of what was left. The time I came before, they were hiring and whoever was doing the hiring kept saying “people don’t want work” maybe you should give workers a living wage
This is my favorite take out restaurant for Mexican food. I normally order the taco plate, as well as the enchilada plate--both plates come with sides of rice, beans, and some quacamole, as well as. two flour tortillas. The food is very good and there is a wide selection of menu items to choose from. This restaurant also currently offers a 20% senior discount, which is one of the best senior discounts that I have seen at any restaurant.
Employee 439608 horrible service she was rude as hell gave attitude even when I had explain to her it was only 3 items total of 3 orders 2 shredded chicken bowls and a steak fajita so when I went up to pay she told me the total i told her why that much if it was 3 items orders not 3 different orders I didn't like her service and that's why I hardly go to that taco cabana because there's always rude she doesn't like when customers correct her even nicely she still gave attitude I get she was overwhelmed with everybody coming in through drive thru i get it but it was unnecessary for her to act that way and slam the drive thru window hard twice hope her attitude gets better and better customer service was about to just tell her instead for the manager to take the order and charge me next time I do decide to ever go back#notAHappyCustomer

The food was amazing as it usually is. Order was missing a few things when initially brought to us but was quickly remedied. Service was top notch. Would for sure go back.
Expensive, 3 tacos for $13!I went through the drive thru and got home and my order was nothing meat and tortillas. I had to go back and get salsa. They told me i have to request it. Cheap service for expensive food. Go somewhere else for better tasting food and more genuine service.
The food was ok. The steak soft tacos were good but the rice and beans were cold. They messed up my order a few times. I actually think they charged me for guac ? but they didn't give it to me but I couldn't find my receipt so I'm sure I threw it away. The margaritas were good tho lol.
Down right the worst food I have tasted, I’ve ate at other Taco Cabanas and food was not this bad. Tortillas smelled like they were old and going bad. Tortilla bowl only had a fraction of tortillas. The new Birria quesadilla meat was full of fatty inedible pieces. Worst $28 dollars I have ever spent.
Hands down one of my favorite places to go. The food is good and they are fast plus you can get Margaritas to go they had to the liquor in separate bottles.
