Terrible experience. Went through the drive through . I was missing part of my order. I called and asked for a refund and I spoke with a lady who said the only thing I could do was to go back and get the rest of my order. I was working and could not go back. I called the number on my receipt and was told I would be refunded. Days later. A manager by the name of Vicente Delgado called and again tried to get me to go back and get my missing food. I refused. He said he would refund my card. Another week has past and still no refund. I tried contacting Mr Delgado and was told he was training in San Antonio and was not available to take my call . Terrible service.
It seems like the quality is dropping the margaritas were pretty plain and don’t try the leprechaun one that was disgusting. My wife’s tacos were good but my steak Quesadilla didn’t have very much meat and the salsa wasn’t in it.
Never come inside and eat at Taco Cabana, it feels like they prioritize the drive thru than the customers inside the restaurant. I've been waiting for my food for over half an hour, the employees don't show any urgency. The food is good but just don't come inside.
Went for lunch, dine-in, they didn't have napkins, forks available in the lobby. The salsa bar was closed. The fajitas combo was not what was expected because it didn't come with beans and rice like the plate plus chips and queso but it cost more than the plate. The guys didn't offer any salsas when picking up the order, I had to ask for some. The Dr Pepper soda had no syrup. Poor experience. Not going back.
Food is delicious, but the ordering here has become very annoying. You can order through the app, they are always 20 minutes late at the least. The orders are not accurate, I don't mind driving 15 minutes to get there, but having to go back because they missed the main dish of the order is not cool. So, by the time I go back so they can rectify the rest of the meal is soggy. So check your order before leaving, or better yet, just eat there
This hasn't been the first and probably won't be the last where employees are closing an hour early before they're actually supposed to close.Says they close at 12 a.m but yet at 11, no one answers the drive thru and doors are locked. Even though they are clearly employees inside.If hours are updated they should have a sign stating correct hours and have it updated on Google.Very unprofessional.

Needs better customer service. Took 10 minutes to place an order when the place was almost empty. Rice was cold and didn't taste fresh. We cleaned our own table which was dirty. So 3 stars is me being generous.
I give the TC at 5688 N. Mesa ZERO STARS!!! 11/30/21, I ordered a steak quesadilla through the drive thru and when I arrived home it was burned and cold. I will never return to this location and I will always be sure to check my orders before leaving any drive thru.
