No wonder it’s always empty! We went to eat as a family and I decided to get a sandwich from Chick-fil-A. After getting my food out so we could all eat together they proceeded to kick me out for eating Chick-fil-A while my family ate Taco Bell. My drink was from there and they still kicked me out. So we all left… never going back.
Staff was short I guess because there was only one worker. No problem with that waited patiently. However the employee kept starring at us we were a party of 5. All 5 of us are fully vaccinated we were not wearing masks. Waited about 10 minutes in line just to finally be told he will not help us because we didn’t have a mask. Not a problem understandable however would have been nice if he told us this while we waited patiently in line for over 10 minutes. I’m guessing he just didn’t want to bother with all 5 of our orders especially since he was by himself. Because the people before us had no masks on and he helped them out no problem? He was rude about it left ended up going to McDonald’s next door who had no problem with us not wearing masks even though they were short staffed as well.
Ordered two packs of Cinna twist one was super super old and then the other one was semi-fresh

Food was good it Slowwww. Also not very inviting
No outside food. I bought Mc Donald, my son wanted Taco bell. They told me I can't eat inside. Question: How can I leave my 8 years old boy in there by himself? Btw...there was no table available outside. Thought we can go shopping after but my son asked if we can leave and go home. They not just loosing their customers but the mall also loosing the customers.
3 out of 4 people in our party were consuming taco bell food. 1 person happened to have food from the neighboring eatery. The male TB worker dashed from behind the counter to let the one person in our party know she had to consume her food elsewhere. He totally disregarded that 3 other people were eating TB food. The one person had to eat standing outside in the mall corridor as NO other seating was available. WE WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!! Shame on you, mister ...smh

So taco bell doesn't let you bring food even though your buying food. Very poor quality to their customers. In order to eat at taco bell you have to purchase all your food from there.
