Absolutely horrible service, placed an order online, they called me to tell me the toaster still isn't working (over 4 months now) and the subs quite literally had no meat, and not even half the condiments or veggies I ordered on them. The sub is picture is called the monster, and is 13 dollars, It didn't even have bacon or the cheese it was supposed to have on it. Disgrace of a subway, do not go here. Best if this one closes down.

The absolute worst Subway I've been to. I honestly hope it shuts down because the service and food quality are the worst. Don't spend your money here. At times I've been through the drive through to be told only the inside is open? Or the inside is locked and drive through only open??? It's as if they don't want anyone there! Because of an experience I had, I refuse to eat at ANY Subway location. I even wrote to corporate with NO RESOLUTION at all. No apology or anything. I was a frequent customer until that situation. I would suggest support our local sandwich shops! Subway keeps coming up with new sandwiches but in NO WAY does it compensate for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You guys, try Jersey Mike's! Way better sandwiches! Yes, pricy but you get what you pay for! My sandwiches taste A LOT better with better ingredients and LESS SASS.

I arrived at this establishment with 5 other people. Two of us ordered ahead, and the app notified us our order was ready. Upon arrival, employee 1 let us know our order was not ready yet contrary to what the app stated. We politely told her there was no rush and took a seat. The other 4 individuals in my group waited 15 minutes to order with no one else in the line, while the two employees exclusively did drive through orders. After receiving their food 20 minutes later, we pulled a high top table two feet closer to the one next to it to fit our group of 6 for a quick and quiet lunch. Employee 2 began yelling asking us if we’re rearranging all the furniture. We politely told her we would happily move it back when we’re done and just wanted to sit by each other for lunch. She then yelled asking if we were having a party at this Subway. We politely and calmly again told her no, that we just wanted to eat lunch before getting on the road again. She huffed away to the back of the store. We quietly and quickly ate our meal after this interaction. Before leaving, we placed the tables and chairs back where we found them as well as cleaned up our tables and trash. As we walked out, I guess we did not angle the chairs correctly, because she started yelling again and flipping us off. We got in our vehicle while she shouted at the window and then moved the chairs approximately 5 inches to a different angle than we had the chair positioned. As we drove away, she continues to flip us off and scream at the window. I have truly never seen such inappropriate, unprofessional behavior. I am appalled to say the least.

Literally the worst subway I’ve been too. I live in the area and decide to give it a couple chance and every experience is absolutely terrible. The staff are very rude and they always seem to be upset when ordering drive thru. Then my order is always wrong. It’s frustrating needs better management

Went around 850 two nights ago, waited 40 min in drive thru (the inside closes at 8, drive thru at 10). The ordering speaker was broken, no sign, we had to figure that out ourselves. Then when I get to the window, both workers are complaining, one grabs a pad and comes to the window and tells me "make it quick" as if I was wasting their time. I got home with my sandwich finally and the spinach wasn't even spread out on the sandwich ¼ had none of it.

Although the sandwich was good but the experience when I called to order was bad! I ask first to verify the location and the female was irritated about me asking and hung up on me. When I tried to call back they didn’t answer. I ordered online instead. Pitiful service.

They only have drive thru working and they take forever to take and give you your order. Multiple people leave before getting to order. Not the best subway experience. Look for other places to eat if you don’t have much time to wait.

DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible service and seems like an inconvenience for the workers when customers are ordering. On top of that they force you to wear a mask?! I thought this was Texas. For sure not coming back to this location.

I have been using this Subway store for at least two decades. They are always open it seems. The service is quick and clean.
