Management isn't doing a very good job of having good members of that team. You can tell one young lady in particular has no manners, she was super rude disrespectful all while yelling at me and my husband with no mask on. Touching things behind the counter after going to see something outside and scratching her face. It seemed like not the 1st time something like that has happened, she right away got on the phone didn't care we were talking to the manager about the situation. Lack of help doesn't mean people have to hire these ill mannered people, the place will lose business rather than gain any new customers.

So yeah, I waited at the drive thru for 6 mins on my lunch hour, gave up had to go inside. The mood was very negative, I’m assuming because they weren’t taking any orders thru drive thru or not even acknowledging that they weren’t. I gave it a 3 star because it was my first time trying the protein bowl and it was very delicious. They had 3 workers working so there was no excuse in my opinion for the delays. At least put a sign no drive thru orders.

Worst subway ever, and there are some really bad. Waiting in drive through 65 minutes (up to now) for my postmates order and I'm trapped in the drive through. Staff is locked in, no one can go in. Their phone line says wrong number to "check the number and try again," but doesn't sound like an operator but like an employee leaving a voicemail so they don't have to answer the phone and hear complaints. Worth the drive to go to the next subway down the street instead. Such a beautiful subway, to be so horrible in every way other than the building.

I'm an Uber eats driver currently waiting in the drive thru to pick up an order as the lobby is closed. The line is at a stand still and there's no way to get out of line. I could cancel the order but if I have to wait in line to get out anyway, why not get the order? This is insane. I recommend others avoid this location, especially if you're a delivery driver. Time=money for us, and this place is costing me MONEY. If there truly isn't enough workers, hire MORE.This Subway is officially on my BLACKLIST and I will not be picking up from here again. My customer is waiting and is hungry. Oh, and don't bother calling. You'll get a "check number and try again" message.I have also reported this location to not only Uber, but to corporate as well. ☺️

Staff was doing the best they can, but if you are going to close the lobby, DON'T take mobile orders!! When I FINALLY got through the drive thru line to pick up my food and got home to eat it, it was cold and soggy!!!Get it together, management!!!

Only ever has 1 worker there at a time, never has bread and the dining room is always closed. You wait an hour in line atleast for a sub that isn’t even made right. Even ordered through the app and they couldn’t even cook the bacon for the 30 seconds it takes. Would be better off not even opening at this point.

The service was really good and received the order a lot quicker than typically at a Subway.

Online order 6:09 pm, pick up for 6:25 pm, order finally ready at 7:41pm...breads wrong, toppings incorrect, food poisoning from under-cooked meatballs. Not happy...cost me a sick day at work. Doesn't deserve a star.

Waited at the drive through for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Drove to the window (where an employee was located) honked my horn to get the guy’s attention and he looked at me and walked away. I drove to the front of the place and entered to ask if the drive through was open and was told it was closed and they were unable to place up signage to let others know the drive through was closed. This location has made me never want to return to another subway. They were very rude and short with customers. I would give less than one star if i could
