Worst experience in this place, costumer service was awful, I asked for one steak and cheese sandwich and the gentleman on the speaker was being all rude, he was yelling at me for the size and what I wanted in it. He also discriminated my accent when I went to the window, and he rudely corrected me and told me that I didn’t even know how to pronounce it. He yelled at me the price and gave me the wrong sandwich, so I went inside and asked him if he could change it because he put mustard in it when I didn’t ask for it, he grabbed the subway and threw it into the trash can and told me that he would make another one. He also was being very rude when asking for the condiments, he was yelling at me about what I wanted and threw the subway at me. Never coming to this location again.
Unfortunately this subway is closest to my work location, but find myself always going to the further north location. Owner and/or manager, please get all your employees properly trained as well attending to your technology issues.
Service was great! I do recommend getting coupons for subway though, cause it can get a little pricey
First I went to the Subway inside Walmart which was temporarily closed, and google didn't tell me. This location is nearby so I drove to it. I got to the drive thru and the guy said he was by himself so it would be a 10-15 minute wait. So I said I'll wait inside. I pulled into park and got to the door and it was locked. No indoor dining. The guy wouldn't let me in.
The worse experience I have ever had at a subway. They did not have any fresh veggies everything looked gross. They were unable to toast any of the sandwiches, did not tell you until they start making your order. Their soda machine was not working, they did not have a drive thru open. It was filthy and I will never come here again!
Went to the drive through. Waited 5 mins at the order area. Nobody came on the speaker to take my order or anything. Drove to the window, saw people working inside. Waited 3 minutes at the window and still nothing. So I left. No longer getting any business from me.
Kinda dirty. Last time I was here the counter was not clean and the workers didn't seem to care aboit sanitation. Dropping knives on the floor because they were playing around. And just laying them back on the counter, but luckily not using those ones with my sub. Also it's currently 7:20 pm at the time of writing and they're open until 10:00 pm. The drive thru is open but they have the doors locked and the dining room is apparently closed?? Guess they're too lazy to sweep and mop so they won't let customers in. And no, there's no sign on the door saying that dine in or take out isn't available due to covid or anything.
This subway makes good subs.
This is the SLOWEST store I’ve ever been to. If you have anywhere to be within a half hour of ordering go elsewhere
