Female employees are very rude and the female manager laughs at their behavior. They complained about my husband while he was in front of them. They dropped something on the floor and picked it up with their gloves then were going to use the same gloves for his sandwich. He asked for them to change their gloves and they became very upset and started complaining about him. They also treated their male coworker horribly by dropping his drive thru headset in front of him, broke it, and then laughed at it. Female manager witnessed all this and just laughed. I've seen multiple reviews like this and it is very sad that the problem hasn't been addressed. Broken health code violations, broken equipment, and all was witnessed and joked about by manager. How sad. They better fix the situation before it escalates into something bigger one day.
Worse Subway ever. Disorganized chaos. No cups, sauses, and their soda machine never has syrup for drinks. I bought 4 foot longs yesterday and it took 1 hour to get my sandwiches in store with 6 people on the line. No body knows where anything is and they don't refill anything until it is needed at that moment. Worse experience ever. Trust me avoid the headache and don't go here. If I could give them a ZERO I would. Supervisor step up.
I don't know what it is about this area but this happens too often and tonight was just the tip of the iceberg. I tried to rush to this location before they closed which states at 10pm. I got there at 9:45 and waited behind a car that was getting their order placed. Pulled up to the menu and waited for someone to take my order. No one ever came and when the employee goes outside to throw trash and hears me say hello, decides to tell me that they are closed. I proceeded to say that I've been waiting for them since it states 10 pm. He says they close at 9:50pm. I got upset and asked to speak to the manager and says that the manager wasnt answering. Then I asked him for his name and said they're not allowed to give that information out. They also take their headphones off so they won't hear the customers. What kind of business is this? So rude and I inconsiderate. I won't be coming back here nor do I recommend this place.
On multiple occasions my order has been messed up.I did an online order and on the app it said it was ready. I get there and they look at me confused. They are already pre closing at 8:30 pm when they close at 10pm and they haven't even noticed i made an order 30 min ago.Last time coming to this location. Don't waste your time.
Went for lunch and waited about 25 minutes for 1 sandwich on their drive thru. Only had one soup available.

This subway always messes up my order They got my order wrong today and when I asked what could be done they said nothing took back the wrong order and got my refund on the other hand the guy that gave me my refund was pretty cool and gave good customer service. Some of the people working here simply don’t care about there job and I’m sure it’s hurting this locations business.
Service was good he also put whatever I wanted on my sandwich and threw in a free cookie for the wait
