Got to go to his location today just right after my hubby's doctor appoint and love it! Small but cozy, the baristas awesome too and the coffee wonderful!! Thank you guys!!!
I was in the drive through and the man on the speaker He was very rude and dismissive while taking my order. He also then gave me attitude when he messed up my order. I remember what he looked like since he was the only guy with a man bun at the drive thru. He scoffed at me when I handed him money and not my debit card. This was the make or break experience and it broke for me. This man singlehandedly ruined this location for me and it saddens my heart. Im going to Montwood instead. >:(
They’re always so busy but they always manage to get everything out fast and correctly! Everyone is always nice.
I usually love this particular Starbucks and i’ve been very patient with it these past couple times. I’m a person who doesn’t write reviews very often unless I’m very satisfied or very upset . In this case I am very upset . The costumer service has always been good I already know most of them I absolutely love Amanda ! The girl with the red hair though, I believe her apron said her name is Hannah and she was EXTREMELY rude to my husband and I SEVRAL TIMES, this young lady kept rolling her eyes and responding very sarcastically every-time i asked her ANY question . Also when my drink was ready and she had to put it in the bar she threw it and didn’t even say who’s drink it was . I thought that was extremely rude , if you don’t feel good don’t go to work !! Anyways, she needs to be fired or trained better!!! Starbucks baristas have always had quality costumer service i don’t know what’s happening here ! This was my last time here , sadly.
So I usually drink Dunkin Doughnuts but we decided to go to Starbucks today. This is my 2nd and last time here. The first time l came (a year ago) the service was terrible so it’s been a long while since I’ve been here. But today I went again and am writing this review because the red hair barista with glasses was RUDE not once not twice but three times, they got our order wrong and they got it out 7 minutes apart from each other.I usually write good reviews but I just had to write this one because it’s the Holiday season and I wasn’t rude at all so please try and return the gesture considering I’m a patron (for the last time) at your establishment. I understand you’re busy but please don’t redirect your frustration towards your customers.Happy New Year!
Very disappointed at the customer service that was given. My order was ready in 3 ‘stages’, by the time the 2nd drink was ready, my first drink was gone. Girl at counter was extremely rude. Establishment needs more training in customer service.
It's actually the customers that should unionize here. The wait time for coffee at this location is beyond cringy. It's a daily thing too, not a one time situation. Anyone that passes down Lee Trevino can attest to this. Staff does nothing to fix it either, let alone maximize efficiency. Cars get jammed up all the time. It's dangerous. They've added someone with a headset now to take orders outside, but they do it completely wrong. The person just goes car to car without guiding traffic towards the gaps in the line they're creating, so the backups into Lee Trevino are still there, even worse now. This is because the headset person outside is also the same person as the drive thru voice. So, instead of two people taking orders continuously to maximize traffic flow, the same person thats in the drive thru box is actually the person outside! Truly wild stuff. This location definitely needs to reach out to the team over at Chick-fil-A for guidance, or just look over their shoulder at how quickly McDonald's gets it done next door. Bottom line - if you want coffee from this location, you are going to wait a VERY long time. And there is no change in sight. It's been this way for about 2 yrs now. Lastly, just an FYi, this place finally got oak milk. They literally never had it before. Whenever you would ask for oak milk, it was like you were speaking a different language. Apparently, someone finally passed by the fridge at Big 8, across the street and saw there was more than just soy next to the regular. Welcome to the real world, guys. We've been here all along.
Great and quick service! They're so friendly! Always happy to come to this one. Even during rush time they have service with a smile.
Delicious specialty coffee available morning, noon and night. They have a small selection of sandwiches and a good selection of pastries. I appreciate the highly trained staff who know how to make a coffee you will love.
Be prepared to wait 40 minutes for a wrong mobile order ordered a simple small hot coffee but of course it was iced when I got it. They don’t call your name and would rather you just sit there
