Have you gone back to a national chain coffee shop because its people are the best? Such a nice bunch of youngsters! I really enjoy ordering, conversating with them, the whole experience! They really do create a joyful experience for every customer! Starbucks, you should be proud! I passed 2 Starbucks stores and travel 15 extra minutes just to start my day with these guys! Highly recommend!
The lobby is closed yet there's a customer sitting in the lobby, as the batista tells me to use the drive thru!!
Baristas are super super friendly and I had a positive experience in drive through. However I am lactose intolerant and I paid extra for soy milk and ordered a soy drink and received regular milk only to find out after I’d already driven away and wasn’t given a receipt :(

Paid $8 for half filled venti. I ordered with no whip cream but seriously half of the cup space for whip cream?

OMG!!! I can’t express the horrible hot sink water drinks I paid!! I ordered 3 chai tea lattes and all three were different. I paid over $24 + Tip and the only thing good was the pastries/bread. I wish I had more time to go back and complain. I wanted them to taste and see for themselves the horrible mix they served. I hope you have a better experience than me
Best Starbucks in town! Not sure why the service here is consistently great even when there is new staff, but they always go above and beyond. My day is better after going here.
I show up early in the morning and ask for a large cup of water. They give me the largest cup they have for cold water. I show up at lunchtime and ask for another large cup of water after I finished the first. The woman hands me a small plastic cup. When I ask again for the largest cup they have she tells me that they "only have one sized cup for water". Go to Dutch Brothers just down the road and around the corner. They won't hassle you for asking for water, and they are a bit cheaper on the drinks.
