No whipped cream nor caramel on top. When asked they said “that’s how we served here”Also, the flavor was nonexistent. No taste other than milk. I regret stopping by at this location. Don’t waste your time or money.
Starbucks drinks are always so tasty and amazingly nostalgic. However, I gotta say, the price for a cup of coffee or a refreshing iced beverage has fallen short of its sense of a “treat” and more of the price of a “meal.” Additionally, when I get my iced beverages,it really half if not more of the cup is filled with not the drink, but ice!!! It’s as if I opened a bag of Cheetos, the bag is 3/4 pressurized air and 1/4 the snack. Come on guys, you are all better than that! It’s expensive and you’re still finding ways to stiff your patrons?! I love Starbucks because of their quality but I just can’t justify paying so much for something so little. If you’re going to be charging more than $6 for a drink, at least include a muffin, a cookie, pastry or something. You guys are getting greedy! Thank you for providing the classic beverages we know and love, but don’t be so caught up in your pride you continue to hike your drink’s prices.

Terrible service, lazy employees, no change in the register, 9 minutes to get my beverage while the only person in the store and the absolute WORST "honey citrus mint tea" I've ever had in my life. I'm guessing a half cup of lemon juice, teaspoon of honey and two teabags that taste like dirt. I get that kids have zero work ethic these days, but this place doesn't even make it to zero.
Bit pricey but that's Starbucks for you.? Overall the experience was nice, the baristas are very friendly and always have a pleasant conversation.
They gave me a watered down coffee. I’ve tried calling and they don’t even answer

They messed up our drinks at first, and they weren't even filled all the way. The lady seen when I took the lid off and right away apologies and takes them to make them right. They did a great job and the coffee ended up how we ordered it. Great customer service!
What to say starbucks!!! As expected great seasonal coffee great service loved my breakfast wrap with spinach...when u have the time always a place to go & have a pleasant cup of joe
The cashier was so rude I handed her my money barely when she got it I told her hold on I have my app but ignored me then she put my change in her tip jar I would’ve have minded if she would’ve asked if I minded but she didn’t then she told her co worker “esta enojada” which made me more upset I’m Mexican I speak and understand Spanish I will be emailing corporate about this it isn’t right and discrimination this was today 10-21-2021 between 930 and 10 am so so disappointed
