Starbucks needs to do better. Drinks have been made incorrectly multiple times at multiple locations. Not everyone always has time to go back and wait in line. Ppl have busy schedules and as accidents do happen, they shouldn't happen almost every vist. This white drink (how it came) does not look like a iced shaken espresso. I love how the shaken espresso looks and taste, and this is not it. ?

This is already the third time they mess up my order, I order through the Mobile app since I find it more convenient I went today to pick up my order cam back to work and realized that I was missing a bagel, I called to let them know and Martre stated that they were suppose to let me know they only had enough for one bagel, but nobody told me anything yet they charged me for the missing bagel. Some crew members are actually really nice then there’s others with an attitude. I won’t be coming back here again.

There was a white blonde female that was geting mad because I was ordering and she couldn't hear me and we went up to the window and she started with her trashy attitude.My poor mom had to order because I was so mad at her.She made our drinks and was slamming OUR beverages all over the counter.She then handed us the drinks and gave us a dirty look.And I was so over it so now I'm writing this for you guys to hear my horrible experience

It's strange how the business itself changed the hours of operation online to make them seem shorter, but they haven't actually changed their hours of operation. I wonder if it has anything to do with this location UNIONIZING ✊Personally, I love this location. The baristas always cheer me up even though they are constantly understaffed, overextended, and short changed. The Starbucks model clearly doesn't work anymore and I'm glad they're strong enough to do something about it. WE SUPPORT YOU, PARTNERS!

It was spacious and quite busy!

If I could give zero stars I would.It’s not often I get to treat myself to some Starbucks but I thought I would this morning.Firstly I think it’s absolutely disgusting that someone touched their phone then (without washing their hands or sanitizing) handled my muffin this morning. 55% of phones are contaminated with bacteria consistently found in fecal matter.Secondly I find it amusing that I was standing around the bar for about 3-5 minutes. No line mind you! Bunch of macho lookin tough guys behind the bar, no line (as I believe I mentioned). Looked at me multiple times and didn’t ask me once what I was waiting for. The only female of the group , clearly working too hard, picking up the slack of her coworkers, asks me what I’m missing for my order.I’m an understanding person. Certainly the polar opposite of a Karen. But as a former manager I found todays customer service inexcusable except for that polite young lady.I don’t know why none of the gentlemen (if they are even worthy of such praise) approached me but I did not say anything rude nor was I intimidating anyone. Completely unwarranted behavior.I understand good help is hard to find, especially these days, but I find it impossible to make excuses for those men. Even after hours of marinating on the situation.

I ordered through the app to have my drinks ready at the drive thru window. There are at least three people working the drive thru from what I could see at the window. It took 20 minutes for them to make one drink. The girl opened the window and asked what my third drink was because "she couldn't see it" those were her words which seems odd since they get printed stickers for each item in an order. She ended up giving me my first drink which was made incorrectly so I had to give it back to her. My passenger asked what the benefit was for ordering ahead with the app was and she said "there are a lot of people in the store right now" which doesn't matter that much. Maybe it's just my opinion but I think it's a decent one, why not prioritize the drive thru over in-store customer because drive thru customer go through the drive thru for a reason and most of the time it's for convenience and to leave fairly soon. It took about 30 minutes in total for my drinks when the app said 5-8 minutes.

When ordering my drink the barista Liz said “I won’t let you order a tall latte because you are trying to get it for cheaper, and is annoying that people try to get it cheaper all the time” I was just trying to order a tall in a grande cup with extra milk because I only wanted a single shot of expreso instead of the two that come with the grande latte. What poor costumer service. Starbucks do better to train your employees, this is not the first time she has been rude to us.

Amazing customer service, knowledgeable baristas with coffee flavoring. My coffee was made to perfection, with delicious flavor and consistency. Next time you go try drive thru on a Monday morning so you get excellent service by JoJo??

The line took more than 15 minutes for only 2 cars & my cold brew sweet creme coffee was not done right ? . I personally do not like this location due to the traffic in the area.. If possible, I'd recommend visiting a different location.
