I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, chai tea and a piece of pumpkin loaf. I ate the sandwich and drank the tea. In about an hour I started barfing violently. After barfing for 3 hours I got the dry heaves. At that point I took some Zofran to stop the barfing. I did not want to stop it and leave the contents of the tea and sandwich in stomach.i did not barf again but my gut began cramping badly and making noises like there was still liquid in it. 12 and a half hours later my gut is still cramping and making noises and nothing has come out of my gut or mouth since the Zofran dose except I did pass some gas once. and it smelled so rotten my dog left the room. I called the restaurant and suggested to the manager maybe people were leaving milk on the counter too long or maybe the refrigerator was above 40 degrees. She countered with "it spoiled on your way home." I live 7 minutes from that Starbucks.The tea spices could have covered the milk if it was slightly bad. I normally do not eat sharp cheese and the sharpness could have covered up the taste of slightly bad cheese, or maybe the cheese was not supposed to be that sharp. I just called her for her own information so she could check the refrigerator and milk on the counter. I told her I was not going to call the health department and I wish I had not told her that as she.did not appreciate my help. I just hope every employee there washes their hanfs frequently and uses good hand washing technique. I just hope what I have is not C-diff.It causes severe cramping
It’s consistently the best Starbucks I go to in El Paso. My drinks are perfectly made, food is fresh, the environment is comfortable, and the staff are very friendly.It is, however, usually busy. But that’s the nature of a good Starbucks in a prime location. Can’t do much about it in general but the Starbucks staff does a good job making things go as quickly as possible.
ALWAYS, AND I DO MEAN ALWAYS THIS STARBUCKS SURPASSES MY EXPECTATIONS! THEY CERTAINLY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND EVERY SINGLE TIME I WALK THROUGH THEIR DOOR. THIS PARTICULAR STARBUCKS REALLY DOES UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF TE CUSTOMER IS ALWYS RIGHT AND THEY DELIVER TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE TO MENTION APRIL WHO ASSISTED WITH MY FRAPPUCCINO WAS AMAZING WITH HER PREPARATION AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL WITH REGARDS TO MY ORDER. I HAVE ENJOYED THIS PLACE EVERY TIME! I AM NOW A REGULAR, LOVE THIS SPOT!!!
What can you say? This is our neighborhood Starbucks. We use the drive-through a lot because we take our dog. The Baristas are always friendly and offer puppuchino (note pic of Brutus the Frenchie waiting for his treat at Starbucks)! We love this place and the staff.
We visit this location several times a week. It’s always a great experience whether through the drive-thru or ordering inside. Consistently good service and drinks.
Jax provided one of the best drive-thru experiences for my husband and I that we’ve ever had visiting a Starbucks (and we go A LOT) such an awesome personality that shined through the speaker and exceptional customer service. Thank you Jax!
I love everything they have. I use their mobile app and never have to wait in line for pickup. I also like that you can order breakfast anytime. My faves are the oatmeal, an iced Americano and a blueberry scone.
The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because literally every time I come they are either out of my mocha coffee, or impossible sandwich. It's frustrating ?Other than that the service has been good and they are always very friendly.
Take forever, drivethru backed up no matter what time of day. Frequently out of food items. Sometimes they give you egg bites in a coffee cup bc they ran out of the egg bite holders. Egg bites are sometimes upside down in their egg bite holder. Sometimes they give you a grande in a venti cup bc they ran out of grande cups. They always blame either covid or the weather for these things happening. ?
Stopped by here today at 530 waited 10 mins for the lady to say they are closed till 6 when on the website it shows they are open at 530 horrible could not even apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Definitely will be writing corporate for this.
