I love the way Starbucks employees attend the customers today I had to go and do a pre test and a guy employee he has big earrings on and a black hat and white he was cute and tall he came up to me and my mom to ask if we wanted water that was so nice from him and I wish I had his name and his number when he left he even sad bye to me was so sweet and when I go to the restroom people ask me for the code because i know it from memory i love to help people out and i love to go to Starbucks and more that I'm going to start going to school i love the environment that is my fav place to go and they attend thy attend the people really good ??❤️?
We ordered a coffee and we got hot water with no flavor at all ! Tasted like soap, We spoke with angel the manager and he refused to help.

I like Starbucks but since the pandemic, things have gotten bad in terms of service. There's always going to be a bad apple, even in the best restaurants and coffee shops. But nowadays, it has become common place and frankly, it is troubling. You cannot request anything from the baristas or you'll get a lecture of how hard they work and they expect better respect, etc.I worked in fast food and I faced the worst types of people but I always put my work first above my dislikes and personal problems. This is not the standard anymore in what once was one of the best coffee shops to hang around outside and near the UTEP campus.
They are very unprofessional they always take along time or don’t have sense of urgency for them selling coffee maybe they don’t drink there own products for a reason there is lack of leadership or drive
