I feel so bad for the folks because they were understaffed and the lines were really long. I had waited 1/2 hour for my cup of drink and I would recommend going over there when it is not BUSY or whenever they have hired more staff to run the area in the morning.

Slooooow. I remember a time when you could order a latte and get a hot coffee. Now, if you don’t specify “hot” you will likely get an iced coffee. If I wanted an iced coffee, I’d order an iced coffee like it says on the menu. Today, I orders two Skinny Vanilla Lattes and they prepared two iced lattes. I hate waste but, I didn’t accept them and they made me the two hot lattes. So, this took forever. I won’t be back here.
This location would benefit greatly if it had regular hours like the other Starbucks and was open on the weekends too.
