The gentleman that prepped my chai latte order was friendly and. Nice and I know how difficult it could be standing all day and taking crazy orders but most aren’t nice enough to even say have a good day or ask if I needed anything extra and the store in particular was also way more spacious than most

Not a good place to go to for cup releases. There’s a night time employee who holds cups and will only give you one if you tip him well. This past release we waited outside to camp out only for employees to walk out with bags of cups, leaving the shelf empty. I took a picture and will be contacting corporate because this is the third time that male employee is shady with the new release cups.Morning employees are super friendly! It’s the night crew especially the male barista that gives this place a bad rep.
They charged me $39 for a purchase of $12. My mistake was declining the receipt. Never again.
Always fast to get our drinks even when the line is long
