My mom went to pick me up a pumpkin spice latte when she took care of me during post partum. She is from Colorado, and is accustomed to going to Starbucks all the time, and has not had such a terrible experience. Not only was it painfully slow to get her order, but instead of a pumpkin spice latte, they gave her black coffee with pumpkin flavor added, something that as a former barista, would be impossible to mistake for a latte order.
Ordered a simple vanilla bean with camel drizzle. Forgot the drizzle and shut the window on me before I can even ask for straws. The lady walked away so I was just sitting there until another worker noticed and told her she was very careless and rude. They acted like they where closing when it was only 6:30. When I went to call phone lines where not working either.
We went to Starbucks and got 2 frapuccinos they were not blended all the way, there were still ice chunks so big we couldn't even get anything out to drink. The straws are cheap, they cracked making it harder to drink our drinks. The customer service was poor, they made us repeat our order 3 times before they got it right and then didn't even make our drinks correct.

Ultimately I had a terrible experience even with the fact that I was in the Drive-Thru for the soul reason of my order being incredibly underlying. I had asked for three pumps of a certain flavor and the flavor just didn't come through in my cinnamon dolce latte. I had also ordered a pistachio frappuccino and I did not taste any pistachio or any hint of nut. Not only was our order unfulfilling but our cups were not labeled. My latte was burning to the touch and did not have a protection seal that is required by Starbucks business policy. All in all my experience was not what I hoped it to be and what I usually expect from Starbucks as a regular client. 02/02/2022.

WOW. I'm blown away, truck stop washrooms / bathrooms would be cleaner. Is it still customer service if you're the only person waiting to be seen and everyone looking at you is speechless
