Stopped by the drive through to order a few drinks, they had an employee taking orders outside she was very friendly and quick. Over all my experience was good but I am concerned that this establishment has their workers outside at the hottest time of the day with no type of shade what so ever. Do better Starbucks add some shade for your employees!
It’s always a hit or miss with my order. It’s been already multiple times I get burn tasting coffee.Thank you for helping me try out our local coffee shops in town. ??♀️ I mean I just can’t get myself to waste my money anymore. I don’t have time to go back and ask for a new coffee.
Very bad service, I ordered Vanilla bean Frappuccino and it was subpar and the turkey bacon sandwich I ordered it doesn’t had any bacon on it, besides that the cashier had a very bad attitude and people cutting line on drive thru.
Love me some coffee. Customer service was amazing. Very approachable and wanting to make sure customers are happy with their purchase. A drive thru Representative by the name of Savannah provided superb service while in went through. Thank you
Today is the new release date for some nice starbucks cups. Eveey since this morning individuals have been trying to ask the batista on shift when she will stock the shelves (mind u other stores have already done so). She rudely shrugs people off and says maybe later that morning. No type of customer service at all but was asking an albersons employee which one they wanted. This is unacceptable and now I've heard she isn't going to put them out until tomorrow. Rather that's true or not it's now 3:50pm and noone has been able to purchase any of the new releases without explanation. I hope this is addressed because it doesn't make sense to get these cups in if you're going to hold them hostage. Other stores who are willing to sell them could've gotten your inventory if that's the case!

I hate to give such a low rating because I understand the pandemic is likely having an effect on the wait times, but the wait times at this location are astronomical (not in a good way). On a good day you will get your drink within 10 minutes of forming a line at the drive-thru. If you happen to go during rush hour be prepared to be left waiting 15+ minutes.
Don't let unmasked jerks lean over your counter breathing onto patrons' orders. Id slap them if it were legal. Enforce the health & safety of your patrons.
