It was my 1st time coming here I got the traveler the coffee was good but I really liked was here they give you the cream in a cup instead of those little containers which I really liked. I will come again for another traveler
Please be considerate of cars waiting in drive up line when a vehicle with a large, complicated order blocks the line fot a long time. This white SUV had us all waiting for more than 30 minutes While they got their order finally figured out. There should be a practice in place when something like that happens. Several cars gave up & left.which I know can be frustrating & disappointing.
I use to work at Starbucks for years so I know when my drinks aren't made correctly. I told the batista that my drink tasted weird and the Frappuccino was missing the base and he said "well next time don't drink it" and then I wont mind replacing it ? uh-huh how am I going to know how it taste Patrick? If I don't taste it patrick? Smh these baristas get dumber and less passionate every year and the drinks taste worst and worst.
I wasn't too upset about the wait in drive-thru since customers have certain requests for their coffee. I initially ordered a venti hot white mocha. After waiting in silence for a few minutes, they tell me they ran out of the ingredients to make the coffee. I wasn't even upset they didn't have it, but why does it take so long to tell a customer that you don't have the ingredients. I ended up ordering a venti hot caramel macchiato. They charged me for a venti and gave me a grande! A lady in front of me had to come inside Starbucks too because they messed up her order. I won't be returning to this location!
Always go to this one after work usually, they get my order write 10/10 times! Sometimes they forget some toppings like some cinnamon or sprinkles or sumn but I don't really care if it's for aesthetics haha. Personally one of my favorite Starbucks locations. And choose this one over others in my area
Quick and speedy service. Went through the drive thru to pick up mobile order and even with a line they serviced everyone quickly.

The wait time for online orders is ridiculous. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Very poor time management. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for one drink I would just get in line at the drive thru. What a waste of money. I had to walk out after waiting for over ten minutes in store when I placed my order 15 minutes before arriving and they still weren't close to making my drink.
Star for friendly staff and product quality. Minus stars for overall experience and cleanliness. Store needs a deep clean. Floors and bathroom were greasy, dirty- gross.
Always a great experience here. Quick service and excellent products.
