A great, no frills, Chinese restaurant! There is nothing special about the appearance of this eatery, but it is special in great service and delicious food!I visited during lunch, they have a nice lunch specials menu. The restaurant was busy at 12:30, but the service was able to keep up! We were offered menus and drink orders within a few minutes. I ordered the General Tso’s chicken, an egg roll, and a bowl of hot sour soup. The soup was served promptly, along with some fried noodles. Very delish! The food came along soon and I had the best General Tso’s chicken I’ve had so far. Nice sized portions! Crispy coating on tender chicken and a mildly spicy sauce. There was a bottle of sriracha on every table, if you needed the boost. I elected to up grate from rice to chow mein, totally worth the extra buck and a quarter! The only mild disappointment was the egg roll. It wasn’t bad, just wasn’t at the quality of the other lunch components. The server was attentive and checked back to our table a few times, we were very comfortable! The bill was $32 for four of us.If you want a delicious Chinese dinner, without breaking the bank, this place is for you.
The lunch menu Monday through Saturday is quality Cantonese and Szechuan at a really good price.... I like the chop suey, and will order Hot & Sour soup to go with it!
I had the lemon chicken and my friend had the orange chicken. We both liked it dishes. Small quaint restaurant, we'll be back.
Great authentic Chinese food and very good price they serve it fast
Don't let the exterior appearance fool you. Food tasted great and fresh even near closing time. Egg rolls were fantastic!I had the Mixed Fried Rice House Special ??
They always do me right here... Service is on time and they treat everyone there kind. Who can beat a $8 lunch special with you plate to the max... You will always leave here with a smile and full belly
Food was okay, taste wise was a bit bland and lacking spices/ or that little zing taste from other good Asian food establishments. Biggest complaint would be with one of the dishes we ordered was the beef lo mein. The noodles were Ramen noodles" not typical lo mein noodles. Add a lot of black pepper and hot sauce and the meal was somewhat decent. The lady working was really sweet and courteous. The shrimp chow mein was not bad. Main ingredients and other things may be scarce due to the c-virus. But hey, at least they are open for business and thats what counts!
Great as usual! Never disappointed with food or service! Thank you!
Love the shrimp broccoli with white rice, good portion if you choose the dinner special, good price, ready in 15 for pick up!
