BEWARECheck your receipts. Been to this Edgemere location three times this week and twice I ordered a small drink and got a medium sized. Charged me for medium but they’re basically just making you buy a larger item. Today we ordered a small shake and of course got a medium. Also got a small sour patch slush and it didn’t have any watermelon flavoring. Basically just ice under the ice cream. My receipt also says xtra sour patch which I never asked for but was charged 60 cents. There weren’t any extra sour patch in it. I’m too upset to go back and talk to the manager because I know they won’t do anything about it cuz they don’t care.
Horrible service and food. I wish I could leave a zero. The whole order was wrong and it looked like trash. The chili dogs looked like they had a stick of beef jerky in place of the hot dog and the popcorn chicken were all little pieces like they were the left overs. No chicken, all batter crumbs. I won't be surprised if someone ends up getting food poisoning one of these days. Never going back again. They need some real managers who aren't afraid to speak up to their team members and clean that place up. I should call the health department and their main office so they can see the lack of customer service and food their putting out.
I have visited this location several times and have always had decent service whether in the drive thru or the stall parking. For this I give them 4-Stars. My most recent experience on 4/10/22, must have been a bad day for the store. I went for just some drinks and pretzels, majority of the stalls were empty and the drive thru was busy, I parked in a stall to order. After pushing the order button I waited about 10mins with no answer. In frustration I went to the drive thru and placed my order. As I'm waiting in line a car pulls into the exact stall I was in, places an order and got their items delivered before I got to the pickup window for my drinks and pretzels.
My card was charged but the car hop said no so I gave her cash and she never brought my change cause it was only 3 dollars I didn't make a fuss. My daughter soda was only soda water I ordered a large ice water and only got ice. Tried to get her attention and she kept looking the other way. Plus I didn't get a receipt. Definitely will not return
Don't go to the sonic on edegemere very disappointing I ordered 2 chilly cheese tots and what I got was 2 cheese tots with no chilly worst drive -thru ever
We had absolutely horrible service. Our food sat ready for 20 min. Only to be told my the night manager that it was are fault we didn't let them know we were still waiting for food that we ordered through the app. The manager Lucero Salomon was very rude and had zero people skills and said there was nothing she could do and openly admitted that they were not reviewing the orders and that next time we should just go through the drive through. Then rolled her eyes and began saying obsinitys as she slammed the drive thru window as we drove off. Worst experience at a sonic ever!!!
I applaud their consistency of always screwing an order, well done Sonic!
Reyna tried to have good customer service but came off as rude, if she isn’t a morning person then she shouldn’t be working mornings. I just hope my food tastes good.
I understand everyone is short handed so I can tolerate a long wait, but when you give me food that looks like it was caught on fire, that’s not something anyone would tolerate. We got home ready to watch a movie and eat sonic but our food looked like it caught fire. I called them as soon as I noticed, no answer after the 4th time a girl finally answered. I asked to speak to the manager. She tells me he is busy I have to wait, after about 2 min of waiting I get disconnected. Now I can’t get anyone to answer me
First time. They did their job and hit it right with my special requests for most of my order. Flavor is superb, they must have took their time. Keep up the good work.
