I went here and had the most disappointing experience. I went to get food because I was hungry. I get burnt fries and underserved quantities of ice cream. When I discuss this with the employees and ask for my new fries and a redo of my ice cream. The employee gets mad and agitated and says I’m not going to tell her how to do her job. She gets upset because I’m going to take pictures of my ice cream and snatches it before I can take a photo. Then states I’m never allowed there again. That she has my name and is calling the cops on me. The cops show up and are respectful but say I have to go. I’m not allowed there due to the employee calling the cops and making a report on me. Mind you I was with my family, they were not able to finish their food. We had to leave and told we can never return. I would never want to return to be mistreated and yelled at by employees. Today was a traumatizing day. I’m very disappointed in the servings and the fact that I paid so much to get so little. Don’t go here unless you want to get burnt fires. Or yelled at by the employees. Or have the cops called on you for wanting to take a photo of an ice-cream. Absolutely insane.
The food and service are good as always. The employees are very friendly. The only downside is the new shakes they got. Specially the new Oreo Master Cheesecake. My god that shake is awful.Its salty and tastes disgusting. Strangely we just bought a fart spray grom five and bellow and the smell and taste its exactly the same. We had to throw them out, a waste of money.
Great service. I recommend. Foot long chili and cheese hot dog is the best.
I went through the drive through to order a medium popcorn chicken meal with fries, a frozen lemonade with mango, and ranch dipping sauce. I specifically mentioned what sauce i wanted due to not being asked. I pull up. I pay. I leave. I get home and not only is my sauce not there, my fries are stale and cold. I also didn't get a receipt. Usually they are in or attached to the the bag. So i call to see what can be done. I was told by vianne that with out a receipt the most that could be done was a replacement of my fries and to be given the sauce. I clarified once again that THEY didn't give me a receipt and even after informing her i couldnt just immediately drive back up there i was still given the same solution. This is terrible customer service. I've stopped coming to this location because it's just getting worse. I wasn't upset until THAT was her solution.
Clicked the button 3 times no answer and saw the blonde girl come out several times, neither times she acknowledged and told us she’d be with us in a second. Very unprofessional from a business. (We decided to get off to eat in the patio section). We were afraid to click the button again and get our food messed with for being “annoying”. So we decided to leave since we were being ignored; and when they saw my family and I very clearly. Worst service ever. Never coming back.
I've had better at other Sonic locations. Had 2 burgers that were made wrong. Asked for a plain and dry cheeseburger and got everything on it. And also asked for another burger with no onions/tomatoes with bacon....there was no bacon and yes onion. And I get covid is still an issue, but denied the restroom to a child. Idk..just wasn't happy with today's visit there.
They were great about fixing a mixed up order for us. Threw in a couple of extras which was nice fir the trouble of going back. Thank you for putting your customers first.
Man this sonic sucks every time i order from here they always mess something up, this place needs new management. Do yourself a favor and find another sonic nearby with competent employees.
I use the app . App say your order be ready 5 to 10 minutes. I get there and it took them 25 more minutes for my order. I was there for 35 minutes. They said they couldn't find my app order.
Didn't mix our $5 shakes. Bad service. They just put the toppings on top and that's it. Coulda done that myself.
