RIDICULOUS wait, stuck in the drive through! If they knew how long it took, you’d think they’d have cars pull to a parking space so trapped cars could escape.And they didn’t seem to care I was a upset, just gave me a quick and sheepish “sorry for the wait” as of I was only waiting 5 minutes—ha!Horrible customer service! My two measly drinks should’ve been given for free.
I wouldn't normally rate Sonic a 1 because it's one of my favorites but this time was not enjoyable at all. I only ordered drinks. 2 drinks. Simple. I ordered a corn dog but they had run out. I waited almost 20 min and nothing. I pushed the button, no answer. I honked no answer. I left. I was really looking forward to my drink and was so disappointed. What if i had been a secret shopper? Never take it for granted. Maybe next time will be better.
Ordered 3 medium sweet teas, rt 44 sweet tea, rt 44 Red Bull, and 7 pretzels. Lady at the window was rude when my husband said we were short 2 medium sweets and she said she only heard 1. I leaned forward and said could you ring them up now. Trying to avoid going back in-line since they were originally ordered. With which she replies You need to chill and closes the window. Then the other guy comes over and says he’ll have to put it on a separate ticket. This is the second time I’ve been here and both times had rude service. Won’t be back here again.
Lazy workers. Take forever to make food. Recommend to never come here !
There was a very long line at the drive thru and it seemed to wake way longer than usual to get our food. We ordered the new double Oreo waffle and have nothing positive to say about it. It was blah and nothing special

I've been visiting this Sonic for years...the last 4 to 5 months, service has been very slow and there are often errors on orders.I visited this afternoon and ordered a lemonade in drive thru. The sonic clerk repeated the order , but said cherry limeade. I corrected her and she said ok and told me the total. There were 3 cars ahead of me in line and it took about 20 minutes. At the window, she handed me a pink drink. I said i ordered a lemonade. Long story, but it was wrong.Tonight we decided on Sonic burgers for dinner...but they forgot half our order. They gave us the bag of cold burgers when we returned (we had to go back after getting home).Going to another sonic further away in the future.
Stored in for a fish sandwich since Google said they had one: they didn't. Got the chicken, crispy, and it was very good.
Their happy hour is a treat for me and my family whenever we are craving our favorite specialty limeade or ice cream treat. They are amazing ang a quick in and out stop on our way home from school.
