I wanna start of with Britney was rude as heck.....they forgot my meal and when I went back to get it my food was cold. Of course I asked them to remake it and they refused. They gave me no utensils or condiments. I also noticed the vehicle in front of me was going back to get what they left out of his order. This store used to be quick and thorough and I've never had problems. Maybe it's management?

I LOVE the slushies here, and I really like the price ranges that it's at! I also like the milkshakes, so I totally recommend the cookie dough one!

If you use the drive thru, drive a small car. Big trucks and SUVs are a tight fit so if you need to drive one, be confident in your abilities. Don't even attempt a dual rear wheel truck at this drive thru, I promise you it's not wide enough. Service however usually pretty quick overall. Food quality depends on what you get. Usually when I get fries here they're a little cold and kinda dry but everything else is good, especially the burgers.

I understand this store is always busy !! But a sincere welcome and I smile is always welcome this store has very rude employees!! There never friendly what’s so ever!! We understand everyone is tired … but a genuine welcome is appreciated!

Worst experience ever at Sonic. I ordered a premium burrito which should have had CHOPPED peppers, onions, sausage , etc. Instead I got this Monstrosity of a burrito. If you don’t have what you need to make my order at least tell me that but don’t give me something that is nothing close to what I wanted. It tasted as bad as it looks. ?

The customer service was not good. And I find 2 long black hairs in 2 different ice cream I ordered. I called it in and honestly they did care.Worst Sonic in El Paso hands down.

James was one of the best managers to deal with, with our Uber order, the entire order was incorrect sadly, we unfortunately weren’t able to context our Uber driver to see if he could fix it, but within arrival at Sonic, James was quick to apologize, and did his best to help us out, despite having to travel over to get our order, James was quick to throw in an extra bite, typically dealing with restaurants can be stressful, and difficult, and James definitely brought a giant smile to our faces, definitely worth the drive! I wish the best for him! With that said! HE DESERVES A RAISE! ?❤️

Had to place 2 orders since my Pretzel was hard and my cherry limeade was watered down. I was going for the grilled cheese double burger but it’s was unavailable….

The strawberry limeade was out of this world. The limeade had alot of strawberries in the drink. The service was great and fabulous customer service.
