So tonight we decided to try this Japanese Steakhouse for the first time. It was my daughter's birthday dinner. We arrive and the outside looks okay, but the inside is very dated. We were seated, never brought us our soup, took forever for the salad, and took even longer for the chef. The food was good, but their was no show. I've been to many Japanese steakhouse and many different states and this was the worst ever. The chef barely even spoke to the table. The icing on the cake was their was a huge coach roach by the table near us upside down with it's feet kicking in the air. We will never be back! This place is too expensive for what you are actually getting.
Went here with my family wasn't pleased with the service given. Waitress had resting b face the whole time!! Took at least 45 min for cook to come out whom wasn't very enthusiastic or entertaining what so ever!! For the price of each meal you would expect a great show maybe some saki shots given, a more exciting cook, one that engages with the guest or something but mope! Spent $200 that included a 18% fee that was added for 5 or more guest and just for using a debit card was charged $6.41 service charge which is ridiculously outrageous for paying guest! ALSO THERE WASN'T MUCH GUEST AND IT WAS HOT AND DUSTY IN HERE! THEY NEED TO DUST THE PLACE DOWN AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE MORE BETTER!!!!
If you just want someone to cook your food in front of you then come but there’s no show. I’m from a different state but we usually do the sake fountain, vegetable catch in the mouth or even the balance of eggs. Here they cook and out.Made a reservation for 7 pm and cook came at 7:52I also made a reservation for 8 people but only 5 people came and they charged 18 percent check automatically on each check and then a 2.33 service charge for using a card. Will never come here againBesides. Food was subpar
Horrible customer service. Sat down at 6pm, cook didn't show up to start until 740pm. Watched another table who arrived 20 minutes after us be cooked for first.When I asked the manager why the wait and what was going on, all she would say was oh it's okay the cook will be there shortly. No apologies offered or anything.We will definitely not be returning again.Overpriced food was definitely not worth it.
I use to come often to eat here growing up! I haven’t been in a while and today my husband brought me for the sushi ? Lee was the sushi chef and did an amazing job! We told him to surprise us and he did not disappoint. Not only did he make great sushi, he taught us the right way to prepare the wasabi with soy sauce and use the chopsticks correctly. The food was excellent and the experience was unforgettable. I will definitely come back and bring my kids.

The cost of this place is really high for the location, quality, and service. It may have been really nice at one point but the location now feels dated and dingy. Takes some time to start getting service so going really hungry is not recommended. Soup was ok, salad was not good, hibachi was the dinner price on the weekend. Rolls were just ok as well. There is probably a better location for hibachi. I would likely not return.

I orderd an eel plate but the guy making kept sneezing on my food, i think it was in retaliation of me telling the waitress of covid and how i treated my infection two years ago but anyhow if i get sick again from covid ill updare btw i ate the food just because i gave him the benefit of the doubt it was ok my wife stake was just alot of grizzle, oh i asked if he was ok i was told he had allergies dont be like me and just avoid it godbless averyone be safe
The hibachi was OK, I've been to better, and with cooks who entertain much better. The worst part was the wait. It took an hour from the time we sat down to the time we got our drinks, then another half an hour for the food. As I write this, we are 20 minutes in, waiting for the billDo not recommend.
