I don’t get the bad reviews about this place? My sandwich only took 5 mins to make (Avocado Turkey) & it tasted great. Customer service was also great. Thanks Schlotzsky’s!
Had the turkey bacon club that was absolutely delicious. The wait was as bit longer than expected, but I had plenty of time to spare so I didn't mind. I also got a mini Cinnabon about an hour later that tasted a bit stale and not worth the price. That sandwich though... Will definitely be ordering again before my flight back.

Stay away from the one on Concourse B at El Paso Airport! Went there this AM about 7:15 & ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich. They did not have any breakfast sandwiches although they have them on the menu board. Signs said free coffee with any sandwich so I also ordered coffee. Since they had no sandwiches they charged me almost $3 for coffee!! This place sucks!!
This Shlotzskys never has anything. They are always out of everything . So inconvenient. I hope the manager can read this and actually get up the par. Nothing worse than going to a restaurant and trying to order something and they don’t have then, trying to order something else and they don’t have that either. Horrible for such a big chain !
