They said they had a 30 minute wait, but it seemed like only 15. Our server Lauren was so nice and sweet. The prices are a little high, however it was worth it. I loved everything we ordered. Great place to eat! Bathrooms needed a little pick up, but it was clean.
Service was amazing. I asked for my steak to be cooked Pittsburgh Blue and it came out perfectly. Overall, an amazing experience for my first time. 10/10, Definitely recommend.
Great experience, did make a reservation in advance, So I didn’t have to wait , best thing to do .Food was delicious, everything was great . Thank you to my server and the hostess y’all are great and thank you for keeping my gift a surprise from my other half till I was ready to surprise him with it . A great Father’s Day dinner!!!
I loved the food and the service! My 10 oz steak was delicious and my white cosmopolitan was heaven ?Our waiter was great, very attentive, although I forgot his name lol. We will definitely be going back soon.
Racist and Rudest Manager called Joel Maes. Today I went to eat with my family and after having to wait forty minutes for a table, we finally had one. My parents speak limited English and they were confused with the menu. They started to order and the server literally laughed at them, I asked him what are you laughing at, please call the manager, he answered he was. We got very upset, got up from the table and left the place. This person didn't apologize or did anything to not let us go, he just didn't care at all. It is unbelievable how this restaurant can have such an unprofessional, uneducated person as a manager. We'll never be back again.
What a Mother's Day Diner disaster. I had been here once before & the steak tasted like shoe leather. My family surprised me by making reservations here, because they wanted to try something new. So I decided to give it a second chance. Big mistake! First of all it took about an hour to get the food. When I finally got my steak, it was burned.I thought of just eating it, because I was really hungry. However, it was burned too much & for the price it should be done right. The server let the manager know & he came over. He did ask if I wanted it redone, but I did not want to wait another hour, while everyone else was eating. The whole point of dining out is everyone eating together. The manager never apologized for the wait or burned steak, which is what I expected for good customer service. The server was also not the best. She knocked over my daughter-in-laws Mother's Day gift & charged incorrectly. The place is clean & has a nice atmosphere. It is a shame they can not get there act together. Next time we will choose another steak house that cares about their customers & has good customer service. There will not be a third chance & I do not recommend this place.
We went on a Monday evening and it wasn't busy took a while to get seated or for someone to come to the front to greet us. The food was good. Guest service from our waitress was the best Kasandra was very attentive and helpful with menu selection since it was our 1st time.
My steak was over cooked, so was my husbands. I know I could have returned it but I hate returning food especially when we were all hungry.I’ve eaten at the one in San Antonio and I wasn’t impressed either.The service was good though and the restaurant was clean. Maybe I’d give this place another chance someday but I’ll probably just choose a different steakhouse.
Terrible. Came in with my family, had a reservation, we got to sit early. Waited 30min after ordering our drinks and appetizers to order our food, got our appetizers after 20min more (around this time, the waitresses weren't being as attentive as they were in the beginning), took over 40min to receive said food and forgot three of our orders, I got super nauseous after receiving a second drink and tasted salty, most of the dishes came out not cooked as asked (steaks were either underdone or overdone) and when we were done(the food did not taste abnormal) we had to wait an additional 30min for the waitresses to return and we asked for checks which they got completely wrong! They told us they had a system to take our orders in their way (we offered to make it easier but they refused) and tried double charging us for orders we did not ask for. One of us talked with the manager about this, but he said he would take care of it. He did not, instead the waitresses insisted we pay for the orders we did not ask for. The next day, half of us got food poisoning. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STEAKHOUSE. We gave it its chances, been here a couple times and it was a 3-4star before, but after this? Never again. ( had to crop since didn't take pictures of the food, only took pictures of the family)
The wait staff was very kind and helpful! We came in with a large group of around 20 people. It took them a minute to get into the groove, but once they got it everything came out so smoothly!The appetizers were delicious, we got the chips and queso and the fresh bread. Everyone at the table mostly got steaks with a few deviations to other plates but everyone enjoyed their food!The steaks were all cooked to perfection. Very lightly seasoned so the freshness of the meat could be enjoyed! The steaks were also MASSIVE, which is good because they were a little pricey. But that is to be expected with such great meat quality. It is definitely worth the experience. The ambiance of the venue was very relaxing and warm. I will definitely be back again.
