The food has been consistently fresh and tastes good, when it’s available. Often times they’ll be out off certain ingredients and they’ll skimp on adding more just so they don’t have to refill the containers. Other times they run out of the bread and want to give you pita crackers which is not close to being the same but they don’t care.The workers though are the worst. This past interaction with Sammy H was terrible. We got 2 salads and every time we asked her for an ingredient she would do it with an attitude. When it got to the protein, we asked for a double portion on the seafood mix and she said she didn’t understand what that was. After trying to breakdown what I meant which was simple, we also wanted seafood mix on the second salad but it was almost empty so instead of bringing out a new batch she tried scrapping the pan for scraps and gave us a half spoon. After I called her out on it she then took out the full pan of seafood mix to make a complete spoonful but that shouldn’t be something we need to do, and it was around 6pm so it was not even close to closing time.Then for the croutons, she gave us enough for a small salad and we were purchasing 2 large salads, at that point I just wanted to get going so I didn’t call them out on it but this is often the experience we get with the employees, it’s worst than a fast food employee which is saying something. If the employee experience was better it would be 4 stars and if they’re ingredients were available it would be that 5 star.
This place was fairly okay in the beginning, now just absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your money on this place. Consistency is always in question. Always yes Always running out of product; no bacon, no rolls, no eggs. Employees were ok but no consistency in how they apply the product to build the salad. Went there today I’m done the manger said everyone was let go because they were giving out to much product. This place can’t control customers. People reaching over the glass pointing to items they want. I’m wasting my time even reviewing this place. Stop going and wasting money on this place.
I have, multiple times (because sometimes people have off days), ordered salads online. Tonight’s order came without half the stuff I asked for on it. No bean sprouts, no carrots, no mushroom, and no salad dressing. We ordered another salad with a croissant…no croissant. Another salad on the order didn’t have bean sprouts, carrots, or edamame. The staff don’t bother to tell you they are out of items. If you decide to give them a chance, make sure you check all your items before leaving if ordering online. The place also looked dirty tonight ?
Love it here. But it’s an awesome place, wraps are delish. Clean restrooms.Staff is a bit cold, like they aren’t getting paid enough. Not “bad” but not friendly, lively, or happy.
Love the salad here. Regular size is large. Can be very hearty if you add much protein. Will eat here again.
I really never leave reviews but I was so disappointed with my experience today. I accidentally ordered a wrap at first but wanted a salad and just got confused with the menu since I had ordered a wrap before and It was a small salad with pita chips on the side. Anyhow, when I realised my mistake I let the server know and she didn’t offered to fix my salad to regular size , and I was afraid to ask since she didn’t seemed very friendly. I’m so upset I paid the same price for half the salad :/Overall it’s always a good place to go other than this time and this one experience
Sad because this is the only decent salad place in El Paso but I have had a bad past few visits and yesterday there was a literal 2 foot long black hair lodged into my salad. Pretty gross. Not sure I will trust it to go back
The small is huge and plentiful. The server is very handsome and 7ft tall! Great crab. Good selection and good service at a fair price.
First time here, clean, food was fresh, service was friendly and awesome. You get to customize how you want and taste items before deciding and that to me is a huge plus! We will definitely be back. Thank you!
