Been here twice and each time was fantastic. We’ve had the Nola, Spinach, and Al Pastor Pizzas. All wonderful. Only small complaint, was my daughter ordered the Al Pastor with no cilantro and it came with it on the pizza. The three tacos Al Pastor were really good and flavorful. We tried the prosciutto with pear and glaze and it was awesome!Had the cheesesteak, it was okay. The bread was too much and the ratio was a little off when it came to the meat portions. We will revisit again and a good recommendation to others!

Amazing food, amazing service, and very dog friendly. Had three different pizzas, the porky (my favorite), build it "yo" self (pepperoni and pineapple), and spinach pizza(to go). All food has been great and the service was great all drinks and food was recommended and tasted great. Highly recommend but, pricey for the 10" pizzas.

The service staff was very friendly, but my food was disappointing. One of the staff had a screaming (screeching) child near the back. I have empathy for the situation because I know life is hard, but it the truth is that I am less likely to go back because of that.I ordered the pork belly al pastor tacos. They were cold. The tortillas were completely cold. The pork was cold and bland. They were the worst tacos that I’ve had in El Paso. I’d rather just go to just about any local taco truck.I also tried one Sirloin Toreado taco. Same thing. My party ordered desert and really liked it. I did not order dessert.Maybe it was a bad day in the kitchen. And I’m sure Ruli’s has other things on the menu that are good. But I’m not going back because El paso has a lot of good food to offer, and I’m only in town for a few weeks. My advice: don’t get the tacos.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated with menus. They have a pretty big menu ranging from pizzas, enchiladas, meatloaf and salads. Tried the Dino Rib and Chihuahua Pasta plate which were both good. The 3 P's Crostini tapa was pretty good as well as their Panacotta dessert. Would like to come here to try other plates from their menu.

My friend suggested this brunch spot. It wasn't busy so we were seated pretty fast.Friendly service

Food was excellent Sunday Brunch. Try the Pozole or Migas

The service was excellent! Our server (female, rainbow hair and eye makeup) was sort friendly and attentive. I don't recall her name ☹️ but hopefully her company will test this and know that she was top notch. The food was great also. I had the half order of lamb lollipops (3) with rice and pineapple (I guess they were out of mango) salsa. My friend had the diners, drive ins, and dives Guy Fieri (sp?) special-the spicy pasta with sausage. We both enjoyed our meal and service. I'd definitely return with friends. Oh, and the ambiance of the place is really eclectic. They also have an outdoor patio (we sat inside since we visited during January).

Food was amazing and prices are reasonable. Good portions. The shrimp chipotle enchiladas had a nice kick to them but not too much, very enjoyable. 3 P's Crostini is definitely something worth trying, they were really good.

Everything has a flair to it. I ordered triple p cristini, pork belly teriyaki tacos with breaded fried green beans( comes with a dipping sauce ), ox tail tostada's and pesto fries. The ox tail was a little spicy for my wife and didn't travel well as it was soggy but otherwise great meal for a reasonable price. Pesto fries didn't have any surprises but good. I will be going back to try other dishes with an eye on the Tomahawk.

Rulis’ has a unique menu and a great variety of dishes. Chef Raul adds his own twist by adding local ingredients to international dishes.
