I really enjoyed everything but the beef ribs. They were just a little too burnt. Everything else was so freaking good. The portions are freaking huge and the price is very reasonable. I spent 50 on this... I am so glad I went with my gut... Literally.. I really wanted bbq over Whataburger..I will definitely be back the next time I'm in this area
The food was delicious! Can't say anything bad about that. You actually do get full with the portions you're given.We arrived 10 minutes after opening time. We were immediately told it would be a 25. Ok no big deal. There were 2 big parties and with the restaurant being small it was understandable.After the 25 minutes, we went inside and they said 5-10 minutes more. Well those 5-10 minutes ended up being close to 20 more minutes.So from arrival to when we received our meals, maybe around 1 and 45 minutes total of waiting. The server was also nice but forgetful.Overall due to the food being delicious, I do think it's worth a second try since this was our first time trying them out
Great place for some delicious BBQ! The atmosphere and staff was awesome, especially Ruben, who's the manager and was helping out his team by waiting on us. He treated us and other guests very well! I had a great birthday dinner and came out of there with a food coma, definitely got our money's worth! Gonna keep recommending this place for sure!
We came from out of town and a friend recommended we try this place. SUCH A GREAT CHOICE. Adrianna provided top-notch service and her love for the restaurant really showed. She was super attentive even while the restaurant was starting to fill. Every bite was savory. Portions are a bit large so bring your appetite! The peach cobbler was gone before I could snap a picture so be sure to save room for freshly made desserts!! Definitely looking forward to our next visit. They failed last night. Ordered the brisket sandwich and received fat on a bun. Brought it to the waitresses attention and she brought us an extremely lean substitute that was dry. A friend who was dining with us ordered a baked potato and meat dish. It had a weird flavor and he felt sick the rest of the evening. Our waitress was very good and professional. The rest of the staff seemed like they were having a party in the kitchen. Never had this experience at the Westside location. Not a good showing. Do better Rib Hut.
The food was ok. I had the rib platter I didn't really care for the ribs they were bland so was the Mac and cheese. The beans were good and then to top it off I paid with my debit for my meal which was 53.50 for myself and my wife and I gave the waiter a 11 dollar tip cash because he was good that was barely his second day well like two days later the bill went through my bank and they charged me 60.50 someone helped them selves with a 7 dollar tip. I will never go back and be sure to tell everyone to never go there and if they do watch there account after to make sure no one helps themselves to extra money KARMA. What goes around comes around .
The food was delicious and our waiter Reuben was amazing! He was super busy, yet willing to have a conversation with us. I left completely stuffed and avoided a hangover when I went out drinking on the town! ? Don't order the chips and salsa though! Not a fan.
Big Ruben made our experience at Rib Hut amazing. We got to see him walk in because we arrived at the same time. Talk about work morale he was not notch he even added some pep in my step. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Definitely our family's favorite restaurant we will be back. Thanks Ruben you made our Sunday Funday.
Adrian took the time to check on us even after sitting at our table for more than 5 minutes without being asked if we had been helped. He walked over greeted us even though he had other tables to provide service too. He then took our drink, appetizers and food order without writing it down. He was so accurate nothing was missing. Thank you for the great experience Adrian and for turning it around. Compliments to the cook/chef food was delicious.
What a great lunch spot! We wish we would be in the area to eat there again. Extensive menu! I loved my chicken salad (very generous portion). My husband ordered their $1.99 BBQ meat burrito special & loved the meat. Our waitress, Anya, was prompt, accurate, and very fun to visit with. Anya made our lunch one of the best on our trip!
