We came for the teacher appreciation special and are so happy that we did!!! The food is delicious and you always get a generous amount. Our server, Carla, took such good care of us and always with such a sweet and happy attitude!! Thank you so much Red Lobster for showing your appreciation of us teachers!! We will be back very soon!!
No wait and the food was great. Our server made us feel at home and made sure drinks stayed flowing.
The place is a bit dirty . Some of the food I ordered does look burnt . Was not seasoned in a Good way . I had been to red lobster before and it was just ok , this time it was just plain out bad . The only good thing was the water and the piña colada. I would not recommend this location. And the server telling me it’s not burnt was not great either . When you can clearly see black burn crisp on the shrimp .
Seemed like they have supply chain issues.
We came mid-afternoon, so after lunch rush but pre-dinner. Wait staff was minimal (I saw two) and no one at reception, so we had to wait a bit to be seated. Service was courteous and very attentive. A minor mix-up on the order, but nothing to get upset about. Hot tea was not available, but iced tea was. The food came promptly from the kitchen and was piping hot when served. Fish and chips were good; nothing to rave about (as if pub food ever is), but tasty and quite satisfying. Seafarer's Feast was very good; HUGE portion (we had to doggy-bag about a third of it). The restaurant itself was clean, well-lit, and very pleasant. The booth was not very comfortable (note to self: get a table next time). Total bill came out to about $30 each with no alcohol. All in all, a very pleasant mid-afternoon meal and it gets a thumbs-up from both of us.
Went to eat on Valentines Day. We went earlier because we knew how these places get on these days. Our server was Eileen, I believe. The food was good, and the service was above good. Great I might even say. I hadn’t been to a Red Lobster in a long time and I was pleased that I did.
Average Seafood quality and pricing. While food was good the menu choices seem to be getting less and less over time. Still if you are in the mood for seafood Red Lobster is a fair choice.
Friendly staff great ambiance of course. I did however dock two stars because like most establishments today, they are understaffed because folks don't want to work. This causes the food to arrive late. Not conducive to someone who is visiting on their lunch break as I was. Somebody somewhere get to work these establishments need you!
Everything was great. Except why we make a reservation? still wait for more than 40 min for a table non comun sense.
