We came for the teacher appreciation special and are so happy that we did!!! The food is delicious and you always get a generous amount. Our server, Carla, took such good care of us and always with such a sweet and happy attitude!! Thank you so much Red Lobster for showing your appreciation of us teachers!! We will be back very soon!!
No wait and the food was great. Our server made us feel at home and made sure drinks stayed flowing.
Bad place we went to take mom and she ordered the steak WELL DONE and it was raw they doit medium rare so to my niece also the chicken was raw with blood on it total discussed good service but bad rate on the food even on Mother’s Day then took the meat and took like another 5 to 10 min for my mom to get served meet was cold she didn’t even eat just because the kitchen service BAD BAD RECOMMENDATION thers no other negative start but is what it is I gave them a negative start -⭐️
While the food was decent the service was oh so slow for a party of 4 including children. The Waitress was nice and fairly attentive but the slow service had me ready to pay for our beverages and soup and walk out!!! They were not overly busy in my eyes and there appeared to be sufficient number of servers in the various areas. I likely would not return if back in El Paso because while I didn't clock it, I know we waited 30+ minutes after ordering for our meal. My kids started complaining about how long it was taking and maybe 15 minutes later I started to feel just like them which was WHERE IS OUR FOOD!!!! Finally let me say we eat at Red Lobster ALL THE TIME in various states and cities so this was not a typical or normal experience for us.
Seemed like they have supply chain issues.
There was hardly anyone in the restaurant yet we waited an entire hour for food to be served to us and then some of the order was missing. 10 minutes before we were served the manager came to our table and assured us that our food was on its way out and I asked him if he knew that it had already been an hour since we ordered and he said yes.
Always celebrate our Anniversary there. We love the food and always great service!!!
Morgan is amazing! Food is really good and they provided me with the allergen menu so I could order without any doubts.
