I’ve eaten here twice before. And I tried a third time thinking third times the charm. But no matter what I’ve always gotten food poisoning from this restaurant. Not any other red lobster but this specific one. I used to try to take my girl out here for anniversaries and special occasions but this past time we made it 3 hours after we left the restaurant before we were both having “complications”. I can guarantee that this restaurant cooks expired food to save a quick buck. the quality of the food wasn’t good either. But they do have a great wait staff.

Went to Red Lobster for casual dining. Place and tables were very clean. We were attended by server right away. Food was delicious, recommend calamari as a starter. Shrimp skewers and coconut shrimp were also delicious! Will definitely be coming back.
Actually put some thought into this one, we decided on this restaurant and ordered what we had been craving, and that was Salmon! Well.. bullseye! It was a great experience, the New Orleans style Salmon was everything we thought it would be. The complementary salad, and the Clam Chowder were perfect. Great conversation, Great Company, and of course, a fine evening. Table service was wonderful!!
This restaurant has gone downhill quickly. I have been to this location at least 10 times in the last 2 years and it's sad I'm having to share this type of longer term, honest review with consumers. I'm happy to do it if it saves someone from getting sick or having a terrible experience. For starters, their alcoholic beverages (in my case a Margarita) was disgusting. I took a couple sips thinking maybe it would get better, nope. I've had this beverage several times in the past and it was relatively 'decent'. I told my waitress and she essentially told me "huh, the bartender has been here for two years". I couldn't make that up. Our lunch order was incorrect and missing items, which made the experience that much more horrible. For the cherry on top, we got served our appetizer with the main meal (or the portion of our main meal that was correct). I do not recommend wasting your time or money at this location. I will personally not be back (to eat). With so many options, go elsewhere for FRESH food and great drinks.. this isn't it.For the owner: I'm not interested in filling out any surveys or sending messages on Facebook. If you truly want to fix shortcomings, hire management that cares enough to address these things on the spot and make them right with consumers, VS having a staff that makes excuses. Luckily I was not in the capacity of work or clip boards may have come out and we're heading to the back.
A lady without a name badge was our server. We reviewed multiple warnings that our food was going to take forever. We also received warning for other things including our bread taking forever and that there were no cups for our alcohol. I’ve never been so threatened whole eating dinner ?
