Sadly, in my opinion Quik Wok has gone downhill. This used to be such an awesome place. One of my favorite orders used to be the Sweet and Sour Chicken. This year I have ordered it to go four times along with a hefty order of other items. The first three orders were horribly overcooked to where I could not even chew it...solid...after so many years of being a customer for so many years I decided to give it another chance. When I ordered I told them about the previous three orders and she assured me it would not happen again. So I ordered it, got it home based on trust...and again unedible. I long for the days it was great food but for now will not go back.
We went there for they first time and we LOVED it! Staff is wonderful, friendly and quick. They have all you xan eat and a regular menu. All you can eat is limited but fresh and very tasty. I loved the General Chicken. My brother ordered off the menu, received a HUGE portion of Beef and broccoli, he took home more than half. Quite family atmosphere. We will be back!
Horrible customer service!! Ordered food for pick up for my staff and me. After picking up our order and driving back to work we noticed that our order was incomplete. I called to explain that we were missing food and if they could please deliver the missing food. Of course we were met with a “NO” because they would have to charge us a $5 fee for delivery. WTF?! I told her if she knew how much gas was costing at the moment and quickly reminded them that it was their mistake and that we just couldn’t go back to their establishment because we only have lunch for an hour; so after hearing this girl’s attitude, I decided to take back all the food and get a full refund. Walking in too Quik Wok I asked to speak to the owner since I’ve seen her several times around the restaurant. A waitress returned and stated that the owner wasn’t in and I should speak to a person who could help me; I knew it was the girl I had spoken to on the phone. After I asked if she was the person I spoke to on the phone she said yes and asked me “What was up with my attitude? “ This was a 19 or 20 year old kid that obviously has no customer service experience . I asked for a full refund since I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant . Ashley is this girls name and said that she couldn’t refund me my money until the owner returned so we could discuss the issue. Ashley mentioned that the owner would return in an hour?! I told her that that was unacceptable and that I wanted my money immediately. She said she couldn’t and wouldn’t do that; so I threatened to call the cops and charge her with theft! ( even though I knew the cops couldn’t do anything) I called a bluff and that stupid kid blinked. She told me to wait while she spoke to the owner and walked to the back… I knew the owner was there she just didn’t want to deal with me. Ashley returned and gave me my money but not before a little sly remark and said that I was over exaggerating. I told her to lose the attitude and grow up!! So Quik Wok has lost my business forever!!
We ordered a few of the family dinners for delivery about an hour before they closed. I wasn't sure if that would effect the quality. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. The person taking our order made it quick and easy. The order was delivered in under 25 minutes. The food was AMAZING!! And it was sooooo much food for a reasonable price!! We will definitely order again. Don't let these other reviews make the decision for you. Give them a try its well worth it.
Found a hair in my food. Asked to get a refund and they refused. I had to dispute it with my bank, no way would I ever give this disgusting and unprofessional establishment my money. This place is ridiculously expensive for the quality of food. Never returning and neither should you unless you enjoy other people's DNA in your fried rice and getting your $ stolen.
Worst experience. I ordered my food to go. Waited 30 mins and when I got home the food was cold.I called the lady and the owner answered me. I explained everything, and right away she started saying that that was “impossible”. I tried to talk to her and she would not let me speak at all. Every time I tried to talk, she will raise her voice and talk over me. She kept telling me that I was “a liar” and that it was “impossible” that the food was cold.At that point I got very frustrated and just hang up the phone on her. There was no way she was gonna let me talk.
Terrible experience. Was placed on hold for 10 minutes when I wanted to place my phone order. Got to the restaurant & waited another 10 minutes to get my food. Then when we get back to our hotel room they didn't provide any napkins or utensils. Just for the food to be mediocre at best. The price was good at least.
Worst Chinese food I have ever had. The buffet food was just not fresh at all. I thought it would be since I was going for lunch but it was a total disaster. It’s bad when the hot and sour soup is the best thing. I had two plates and tried mostly everything on the buffet but I couldn’t even finish none of the food I had on my plate, all I could do was try the food but it was a struggle to swallow it. I try to give it a chance but it just did not get any better on the second plate so I just ended up getting a second bowl of soup and calling it a day.
The egg rolls were complete garbage, they have mystery beef in them. I was expecting a yummy cabbage filled egg roll and was absolutely disgusted after taking a bite.
I showed up for the first time and I was not greeted or helped. I was hopeful that the service might be bad but the food might be good. Not only was the selection for the food very small but all the food was old and left a bad taste in my mouth. Again, when I wanted to leave and went up to the front the hostess was on her phone and looked at us without asking if we were ready to check out or how much it was. The cost was a little too high for old food
